The apartment was newly renovated in 2018 and is being renovated on an ongoing basis. It includes a bathroom, toilet, kitchen in the living and dining room and two bedrooms. You can drive to Goslar in 5 minutes. Optionally, the forest is right by the house, which attracts hikers. You can have fun here in both summer and winter.

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Here you will find a supermarket, a butcher, an outdoor pool, the Schnitzelkönig and doctors in the village. If you want to leave your car in the double carport, you will find a bus stop about 100 m away. The place is well located between Goslar, Seesen and Clausthal Zellerfeld. From here, both hikes and day trips by bicycle or car are easy to undertake.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
