Located in Plouégat-Guerand between the bay of Morlaix in Finistère, the Pink Granite coast in the Côtes d'Armor, and the well-known Ploumanac'h, enjoy a breath of fresh air in the countryside, in this independent gîte full of character. Quiet, 6 minutes from the beaches of Locquirec and Plestin-les-Grèves. Private space in the house with living room, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Over 1,000 comics of all kinds (complete series) are available in the private living room.

La Perrosienne

The house consists of 4 bedrooms with bathrooms and toilets in each, as well as a PMR bathroom. Fully-equipped kitchen, living room with large screen and satellite channel. A beautiful heated indoor pool and several outdoor terraces. Large garden, barbecue, ping pong table private parking with electric charging station.

A 200 m² family villa with no neighbors in front, perfect for a peaceful vacation, 5 minutes by car from the beaches. We offer a large garden with a heated swimming pool (from April to September) as well as a sunken lounge area ideal for sharing good times. The house consists of a large living room, a mezzanine relaxation area, an equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 toilet. Baby equipment available. Linens are not currently provided.

Specially designed to offer you a rejuvenating vacation between land and sea, cocooning and friendly atmosphere selected with great care so that you can relax to the fullest while discovering our beautiful region. Exceptional location with immediate access to all local services. Large weekly market on Sunday mornings, and at night on summer Tuesdays. Beaches within a radius of 3 to 4 km. Numerous tourist sites and hiking trails, close to GR34.

"Les Hirondelles"

5 km from the beaches of Locquirec, in the countryside, we built this guest room in an old outbuilding in 2020, independent of the main house. Garden available, pond, Adirondack chairs to relax. Pets not allowed. For cyclists, we are 4 km from the Voie Verte and the GR34, a secure room is available for bicycles. Possibility of free repairs as far as possible. Linen provided. Optional breakfast at a price of €6.50

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

Les gîtes d'Hellen

Mon logement est proche de la mer, à la campagne, centré par rapport aux principaux sites touristiques du Finistère. Vous apprécierez l'emplacement, le calme, et le confort. Le gîte est idéal pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et peut convenir aux compagnons à quatre pattes. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille. L’appartement se situe au pied du GR 34 Vue panoramique sur la baie de Locquirec. Il est situé à 200m de la plage. Il est composé d'un salon séjour, deux chambres confortables et d'une salle de bain. La cuisine est composée de : micro-ondes, four et d'un lave-vaisselle.
