Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300m from the cottage. The house is located 650 m from Vilin Izella beach. A road and a path allow you to reach it along a stream. The Beg Ar Fri point, less than 1 km away, offers many magnificent views. The stone house is surrounded by a 2000 m2 flower and tree garden. It has been completely renovated to offer comfort in summer and winter with a large living room equipped with underfloor heating and wooden flooring. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

5 km from the beaches of Locquirec, in the countryside, we built this guest room in an old outbuilding in 2020, independent of the main house. Garden available, pond, Adirondack chairs to relax. Pets not allowed. For cyclists, we are 4 km from the Voie Verte and the GR34, a secure room is available for bicycles. Possibility of free repairs as far as possible. Linen provided. Optional breakfast at a price of €6.50

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

A small road turning into a path will reveal a magnificent panorama of the bay of Morlaix: the Château du Taureau, the Black Island, the oyster beds, Carantec. Its veranda allows you to enjoy the view whatever the weather, inside you will find all the comfort in summer and winter thanks to the fireplace.
