New house completed in early February 2019. It has an area of 126 m² + the pool building of 60 m². The house can accommodate 6 people and a baby with a maximum of 4 adults. The pool is heated to 28° in summer and winter and is reserved for tenants. Lantic is a quiet town near the beaches (Binic and St Quay Portrieux 7 km, Etables 5 km) There are also activities (nearby zoo, golf, tree climbing etc...)

The small arin houses, Ty mam goz

Ty mam goz (Grandma's house in French) is a former fisherman's house completely renovated and equipped. Its bright living room opens onto a terrace and garden to the south and a bay to the west that offers panoramic views of Beauport Cove and its abbey. This stay has a small wood stove that can enhance cooler days or evenings. You will live there to the rhythm of the tides in the greatest comfort.
