Monthly Rentals in Las Cruces

This was my second stay, I will gladly look for this place next time I’m in las cruces. Excellent host with great communication, quick/helpful, and very accommodating. Perfect place if you have a pet(I didn’t this trip). Quiet and pleasant neighborhood in a nice central location. This is a great choice for a smaller place to stay.

This place was great for me while I was here to focus on school. The casita was very clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for my extended stay. The guidebook was very helpful as far as checkout procedures and things to do. I also felt very safe, which is a huge bonus! Great place, and hope to be back soon!

This was the perfect final stop on our 2+ week road tour of New Mexico. Otilio’s place is exactly as listed. The kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfy, and the towels were fluffy. We felt right at home! Otilio was extremely responsive, and provided good recommendations for places to eat within walking distance. If you’re looking for coffee, The Bean is just a couple blocks away. (Try their diablo mocha, if you like spicy! ) We also had a wonderful dinner at Gatsby’s Bistro (aka Touch of Belgium), which is about a mile from Otilio’s place; highly recommend. 😋

Faith’s space is so cozy. She is an excellent host and so accommodating. I appreciated her advice and how well appointed the space was. I can’t wait to return next year!
