Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

Small cozy cottage by the lake

Enjoy the colors of autumn and take the opportunity to book a peaceful, scenic and quiet accommodation right on the lake. The cottage overlooks nature, the lake and bird life all around. Follow the path along the headland to the jetty for a swim. Wood-fired sauna, boat and canoe can be rented on site. Sauna SEK 500, boat or canoe SEK 200. The cottage is adjacent to nature reserves as well as hiking and cycling trails. Fishing licenses are required for fishing in the lake. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is fantastic and it is not impossible to see fallow deer and moose grazing in the field. At the back, there is a large balcony where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license required) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within 15 minutes' drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Bright, fresh kitchen directly adjacent to the balcony. Parking for 3 cars. From the house, a bathing path goes down to the beach. 100 meters to Tennis court & playground.

Well-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and washing machine, 55-liter water heater. Sofa bed and sleeping alcove with a bunk bed that is 80 cm on the upper bunk and 120 cm on the lower bunk. Bed linens and towels are included. New patio in 2025 with table and chairs.
