The apartment, partially renovated at the end of 2022 and then at the end of 2023, is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The residence offers an unheated swimming pool (mid-May to mid-September) and a laundromat (for a fee). The accommodation is close to the port, shops, restaurants, and the train station. Direct TGV to Montparnasse is a 25-minute walk away, and there is a shuttle bus.

The Cannon Apartment is a ground floor accommodation with garden and terrace, located 2 minutes' walk from the train station, port and city center. it has: A spacious bedroom with queen size bed (Tediber mattress), a bathroom with shower. A dining area, a living room with sofa bed, TV and wifi. A kitchen equipped with all the necessities. The apartment has been decorated in a Mediterranean style, waxed concrete on the floor, raw materials creating a unique atmosphere.

We offer a bright one-story villa with a spa bath (bathroom) and sunny garden. The beaches, the wild coast, the supermarket, the harbor with shops and restaurants are within walking distance in 5 to 10 minutes. The wooden terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, teak table. The garden with fruit trees is completely enclosed and not overlooked. The lapping of the water in the goldfish pond contributes to the serenity of the garden. Beds are made upon arrival.

The Workshop

Small house renovated and enlarged in 2018 located halfway between the port and the Côte Sauvage (Port Lin Beach 500 m away). Warm layout with terrace and garden, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Two bedrooms: the first (140 x 190 bed) and the second with 2 x 80 x 190 convertible into a double bed) a single bed can be added.
