Vous pourrez y accéder en toute indépendance et profiter d'une partie de notre jardin. Nous vivons dans un quartier calme, dans une petite commune située à environ 10 minutes de la mer (baie de St Brieuc, côte de Goëlo). D'une superficie d'environ 30 m2, notre studio sera l'endroit parfait pour profiter d'un séjour reposant en terre bretonne !

Beautiful period home, restored and furnished, can accommodate from 6 to 13 people thanks to its 6 bedrooms with double and single beds. Perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends. A common shower room as well as toilet areas in each bedroom will allow you to refresh yourself without waiting. To eat, you will have at your disposal a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a brand new kitchen. The wooded garden will offer you long moments of relaxation.

Very bright, spacious and above all very quiet house, close to all shops and sports facilities (playground, municipal swimming pool, velodrome, large park with water. House rated 3 stars on June 28, 2023 house 10 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and 25 to 30 minutes from the beaches by car. 15-minute drive to Saint-Brieuc – SNCF train station.

Facing the garden of Villa Carmelie, this self-catering apartment is on the ground floor of a house. It is located a 15 minute walk to the city center and train station (3 minute drive). The environment is rather calm and green. Free parking adjacent to the house makes parking easy. (There is a small dog in the main house but cannot access the accommodation as the terrace is closed.)

In the heart of the small town of Quintin, we invite you to the outbuilding of our 18th century mansion, typical of the city. The outbuilding was refurbished in 2023, with beautiful living spaces. You can enjoy the garden! We are finishing the interior decoration, which is why there are no photos yet.
