Beautiful 28 m2 studio, very quiet with its view of the entrance to the port. 9-minute walk to all the city's points of interest On the 6th and top floor with elevator, you will be a few minutes' walk to the beach and the city center. 50 m from free parking on Boulevard Clemenceau and parking behind the Total gas station. The apartment has a very comfortable queen-size sofa bed that opens easily. Fully-equipped separate kitchen. Secure bike room in the building.

The apartment is lovingly furnished and everything you need is available. The residents in the house are all friendly and talkative. We felt right at home. Parking was also possible without problems, if not in the enclosed courtyard, then directly in front of the house. The view of the harbor is sensational. We were there with the bikes and took some nice tours. What a very nice vacation. Glad to come back
