We were a family of 6 staying for a long weekend over Easter. Lauren's communication was excellent and we really appreciated the detailed list of supermarkets, shops and things to do - having not been to this area before we were reassured that it would be a good choice. The accommodation, especially the downstairs areas in the kitchen, lounges and table outside were spacious and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a holiday in Normandy coming from the UK as is only a 2-3 hour drive from Calais and an excellent base for places like Bayeux, Honfleur and Deauville. We had a wonderful stay in this warm house, full of history. Its authenticity, peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking view particularly appealed to us. Even when the refrigerator malfunctioned, Aurore was very responsive and found a quick solution. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation and will return with great pleasure!

What a beautiful house with a stunning view over the river. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The large balcony was a highlight, we spent evenings here watching the boats go past. A lovely period farmhouse in a quaint village. Would love to visit again.

Beautiful property in an amazing location and very professional hosting.

Light, bright open flat with fully stocked kitchen, large dining table and comfy sofa living room. Bedrooms were large (we had the single studio next door - separate key required) as well. Instructions were clear, housekeeper was prompt in responding to check in time and inquiries. It is on the 3rd floor above ground level so be prepared for lots of steps (the last flight is quite narrow) Location right next to grand hotel with beach entrance across the street and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Great stay!

It is not easy to find accommodation for a family or friends reunion. Everything is there here. Number of rooms and beds, leisure facilities for children and adults, crockery, seats all in number for a large group. It's clean. My garden is nice, like the house. Thanks again for this weekend!

We had a lovely stay at Alice's house. You are surrounded by horses, cows and sheep. Lots of hiking and biking opportunities in the nature preserve. we enjoyed the house, the outdoor patio and the heated pool. The house is well located to visit the coast and surrounding areas by car. The kitchen is well equipped.

We had a wonderful week in this property just outside of the town of Deauville. The house is located in a quiet suburban area with a Carrefour just a couple of minutes walk down the street which was very convenient. The large walled garden was great for the kids and the table tennis table, sun loungers, outdoor eating area, and table football all proved popular! The house itself is absolutely stunning - a beautiful traditional style timber framed building. The interior has a lot of exposed wood beams and very high quality furnishings. Everything that we needed was provided and we were very comfortable during our stay. The local town of Deauville has plenty going on including shops, bars, and restaurants. It's a pretty place with a harbour and some canals - lovely to be by the water. Between the house and Deauville is a wide sandy beach with stunning views along the coastline from Villers sur Mer to La Havre. Well worth a visit!
