Welcome, dear guests, to a comfortable and modern apartment, which is equipped with a spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The apartment is located on the third floor, without an elevator. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and a shooping center in the area. The metro is a 5-minute walk away, line 7, which leads to the center of Paris and to other famous attractions. Orly airport is also nearby. We wish you a pleasant stay.

The apartment is located on the ground floor to enter and is accessed by going down a staircase to the garden level This one is about 70 m2. There is a large living room and a fully renovated and fully equipped designer kitchen, then a comfortable master wing. Internet and Wi-Fi. Garden view from the bedroom and living room. Terrace and garden 65 m2 facing northeast, sun until 1 p.m. Everyone loves the atmosphere of this painter's apartment, well served for touring Paris.

The apartment is in a good location close to the metro station and has good links to the city centre. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any queries. They were also knowledgeable about the city and gave good transport recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described and shown in the listing. The only slight negative was that the WiFi connection was not great in all the rooms. However, in general, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Hands down the best Airbnb i ever stayed at ! Its your original Airbnb idea where you are welcomed by the kindest hosts that explain everything to you and make sure you are as comfortable as possible. The apartment is spotless, modern and super cute. Fabrice and his family were so kind and responsive ALL the time and only one text away. We had a beautiful bouquet of flowers and small French biscuits and cakes waiting for us in the apartment. The building is so secure and modern and few minutes walk from the metro/bus. My family is already planning their next stay in the apartment ! Thank you Fabrice and you're family you were wonderful !

Apartment as advertised. Upon arrival, everything was clean and organized. Access to the apartment was easy with Imany's instructions. She was always helpful in answering our questions. The neighborhood is quite quiet. Subway line 14 is just a 1-minute walk, which makes getting around a lot easier. There are also bus lines nearby. With a few minutes' walk, you can find markets in the surrounding area. It was an excellent stay and I left with a feeling of nostalgia not only for Paris, but also for the apartment. Next year I must return to Paris and would choose Imany's apartment again, if it is available.

Lovely little apartment that is close to the metro and local amenities. Felt very safe and enclosed with clear instructions on how to access the property. The higher temperature this weekend meant it was very warm inside so be mindful that there is no air conditioning. However, there is a fan in the apartment - perhaps an additional one would be a good improvement. Also, there was no drying towel for dishes so this would be helpful. Otherwise, a recommended stay and no complaints 😊
