非常に満足しております。アパートの立地条件も良く、あらゆる観光地へのアクセスがよく、非常に利便性の高いアパートでした。ホストの対応も素早く誠実な人でした。また機会があれば同じアパートにお願いしたいと思っています。。

Appartement très propre et agréable. Bonne literie. Nous avons pu échangé avec Caroline pour la remise des clés facilement et j'ai apprécié qu'elle m'aide pour l'accès au logement via les transports.

Apartamento conforme anunciado. Ao chegar, estava tudo limpo e organizado. O acesso ao apartamento foi fácil com as instruções de Imany. Ela foi sempre prestativa para tirar nossas dúvidas. A vizinhança é bastante tranquila. A linha 14 do metrô é apenas 1 minuto andando, o que facilita bastante a locomoção. Existem também linhas de ônibus próximas. Com alguns minutos de caminha é possível encontrar mercados nos arredores. Foi uma excelente estadia e saí de lá com sentimento de saudade não só de Paris, mas também do apartamento. Ano que vem devo voltar a Paris e escolheria o apartamento de Imany novamente, caso esteja disponível.

The place was great. 7min walking distance to metro station N.7 and then there is grrat connection to the center of the city. Clean appartment,very nice natural light. Thank you very much for everything.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la Tour Eiffel, splendide de jour comme de nuit. Idéalement situé, à proximité de la ligne 14 du métro, il nous a permis de découvrir Paris dans les meilleures conditions. Le logement était propre, bien rangé et très confortable. Merci pour cette belle semaine ! Je recommande vivement.

apartment was absolutely lovely but the area did feel a bit empty at times - however, very easy to get into the centre of the city via the tram/metro. mehdi was very easy to contact if needed which was very helpful.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Although in the outskirts of Paris it is very convenient as the métro is not too far and from Place d’Italie (an interchange métro station) one can reach any part of Paris with great ease. Access to the inside court at this apartment is a bonus as it is quite relaxing especially when the weather is good. The apartment is also close to shops and there is a variety of affordable restaurants close by. Siham is very helpful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this apartment. Ibrahim

Albert's place is one of the best Airbnb experiences that I ever had. Albert welcomed me and my parents in his house personally. He arranged plenty of fruits and drinks for us. The apartment is actually better than how it looks in the pictures! It has everything that one needs during a Paris trip. It is well located with metro and bus connections very close-by. Supermarkets and lots of cafes and restaurants are in a walking distance too. The apartment kitchen has every basic thing for your stay. Albert's consideration of every single details made us appreciate his efforts for guest's comforts. Overall, we felt at home and I now know where to stay in my next Paris trip!

Ótima estadia. Ótimo custo benefício. Bem cuidado e bem aconchegante. Localização estratégica, fácil acesso ao centro por transporte público bem como ao aeroporto Orly. Recomendo.

Logement petit mais fonctionnel, propre, agréable et bien équipé. Le quartier est sympa, pas touristique mais plutôt "authentique" avec beaucoup de commerces alimentaires à proximité. On est en périphérie de Paris, mais quand même proche de la gare Montparnasse (un quart d'heure à pied) et des nombreux théâtres de ce quartier. Pour le reste, le métro Plaisance est tout près, c'est donc bien desservi. De plus, l'arrivée est extrêmement pratique avec boîte à clef, horaire souple, explications limpides et très détaillées de Frédéric. Et une bonne bouteille nous attendait au frais :) Nous avons globalement été très contents de notre séjour, si ce n'est qu'il nous est arrivé de payer moins cher pour des logements équivalents. Probablement l'effet "saison" ?

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little further out from the centre of Paris but easily reachable with public transport. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby as well so we didn’t always have to go out of our way to find something. The apartment was just right for two people for a few days :)

The place was absolutely fantastic, so clean, the bed was so comfy and the fan was brilliant in the heat. It had everything we needed and was in such a great location, was so easy to get the bus, metro or tram into the centre.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
