On the 8th and top floor of a 1930s building with elevator to the 7th floor, small charming studio bathed in light with a 14 m2 terrace in full sun with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower and Observatory. Ideally located close to transport 4 min and all amenities (Bakery, butcher, pharmacy 3 min from the apartment). The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, right next to the 5th arrondissement and Rue Mouffetard, and 10 min walk from Denfert Rochereau.

Welcome to our home

We offer our guest room which also serves as an office. We will be there for the time of your stay with our very wise cat Balou who sleeps a lot. We also offer breakfast for 7 euros per person. Our accommodation is very quiet and on the 3rd floor without elevator access. You will feel right at home. Close to line 7, 14 and bus, you'll find yourself in Paris very easily. The bakery and shops are very close to the accommodation.
