Cindy and Xavier are supper nice, the place is quiet and peaceful, lots of greenery, cozy terrace. Beach within 15 min waking distance or couple of min by car, both beaches Garonne and Bonettes are beautiful

Great stay at this perfect place for 2. The host even agreed that we would arrive an earlier than expected (check-in at 11am against 4pm usually). We thank them for their flexibility. The accommodation is also equipped with brand new air conditioning! Not to be overlooked, we obviously recommend this little cocoon for your holiday in Hyères 🙂

What a special place! The house is fully equipped, particularly the kitchen and the living room have all amenities you could imagine. The view is incredible, the outdoor space is gorgeous, the plants are very well kept and the terrace is very spacious. Very clean indoors and outdoors! We enjoyed the projector with the Dolby surround system on the rainy days. There were not many options to eat out or buy groceries/bread within walking distance, so some driving is needed. Marc was also very helpful and fast to respond when we had some issues with the home automation. Overall a wonderful place we hope to come back to again.
