Our stay was wonderful, it’s the perfect place for if you’re exploring Paris. Well connected and easy to get around the city! Christoph is a great host, very responsive and dealt with any issues very quickly. The house is charming and we would stay again!

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight people, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Julie’s place is amazing - thought out, very comfortable, very clean, nicely designed and really, really quiet. The bedding is very comfortable, the shower is very strong, warm and clean. The place is a bit away from the center but that’s the price you pay if you want to be in a peaceful place with a garden, which was always very nice to get back to after walks in the center. Julie was always very helpful, friendly and responsive. We would stay in this place again with great pleasure!

It is rare to find such a quiet accommodation in Paris… In an unspoiled environment, a small green setting that we greatly appreciated! I have no negative comments to give: everything was perfect, very good bedding, tidy, tastefully decorated... it feels like home! And what a pleasure to sunbathe in the small garden ... Pascale's instructions were very clear for the arrival. The location of the accommodation is very convenient because it is located close to the RER A: ideal for getting to Paris quickly, and the accommodation was very quiet, at the back of a large garden, surrounded by greenery.

Océan was kind enough to meet us late into night after our delayed arrival for check in and was sure to introduce us to everything about the apartment. The place is very cozy, and his visitor notes and suggestions are incredibly helpful

Many appreciated the place, very bright, very functional, very clean. Little traffic, I didn't hear the neighbors. Bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. 30 minutes by metro from Gare de Lyon. Very easy transmission and return of keys.

It was a lovely stay!!! Would totally come back and book again. Beautiful decor, elegant designs, it’s a bit smaller than what it seems on the photo, but that’s normal with wide lenses. Loved the location, close to metro, and the best bakery in town: Atelier P1 bakery.

The place was big, clean and well situated. The hosts were very welcoming and caring. The location is close to the zenith and metro station. Had a great experience and recommend it.

The apartment is very beautiful, as in the pictures. The attentions are great, which is rare to find in Airbnbs, the small details make the difference. The apartment is large, spacious and bright. The sofa is not 100% comfortable, so we slept on it to leave the room to my father (72 years old). Similarly, the shower does not have a hook, so you have to shower by taking the hose with your hand. For my father, who has reduced mobility in his shoulders, it was a bit complicated. The bathroom and toilet were impeccable as well as the kitchen, sheets and towels provided. The decor is great too! There is a beautiful view. I think we were at the wrong time because the street on the right that we take to get to the metro was undergoing redevelopment. It wasn't too easy to walk, a lot of people and the surroundings are dirty (in front too unfortunately). This does not detract from the beauty of the apartment and the quality of it.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment was even bigger than we expected based on the pictures. We have visited several apartments with small children. What makes this apartment particularly good is that everything is available (from kitchen appliances to toys). It is a short walk from the apartment to the metro station. There are several supermarkets close to the apartment as well. Lauriane is very helpful and responds quickly. Overall it was a great stay. We recommend this apartment for families who want to visit Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Very good stay in a slightly noisy apartment (but this is often the case in Paris). Only downside: the shower probably needs to be renovated. Very easy communication and spacious accommodation. Close to the metro.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan's apartment. The view is absolutely stunning, with Sacré-Coeur just steps away - it really doesn't get more picturesque than this. The location is perfect for exploring Montmartre, and the apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Was in Paris for 4 days with my daughter. The apartment is perfect for that. Very clean and everything well maintained. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are within walking distance. The location directly by the park is perfect. Here you can simply take a deep breath and relax. Simply beautiful! Communication with Hueges is exemplary. He always responds quickly and kindly. Top was also his preparation and instructions regarding check-in and check-out. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back if we were only two in Paris again.
