What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The host family was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the fact that the accommodation is on the same property as the owners' house, you could be on your own at any time. Paris was perfectly accessible by public transport. We were able to park the car directly on the property all week. A bakery and a supermarket could also be easily reached on foot. We will be happy to come back.

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. Tarik goes above and beyond in every way. He is personable, respectful, and truly dedicated to making sure guests have the best experience possible. We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

Allison was very accommodating and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect with an easily accessible metro station around the corner. We felt safe and didn’t have any issues. Thank you Allison!

We absolutely loved staying at Capucine’s apartment. It’s one of the rare Airbnbs that actually looks better in person than in the listing - clean, tidy, and tastefully appointed. The neighborhood is fantastic: full of great bars, restaurants, boulangeries, and shops, all within easy walking distance. Public transport is excellent, with multiple metro stations and bus stops nearby, making it easy to explore the city. We felt very safe and secure, and the apartment itself was peaceful, full of natural light, and offered a lovely view of a classic Parisian street. We will happily stay here again next time in Paris!

Wonderful flat with superb views, really close to emblematic places in Montmartre, but at the same time really quiet, so it was possible to relax, rest and sleep peacefully. It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

What a lovely apartment! Cozy and filled with light from windows on both sides. The apartment was quiet and we slept soundly. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood is cute and close to buttes Chaumont which is such a beautiful park to explore.

The location of this place is perfect. Restaurants everywhere. The metro is around the corner. The large common room and kitchen are great.

An expansive flat in District 2, the apartment was just what the doctor ordered, it was very well equipped spacious and very comfortable. in addition everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable being in someone else's home.

This was the perfect spot from which to explore Paris. It’s relatively easy walking distance from so many attractions and a quick walk to the Métro station for further sites. The space is beautifully maintained and exceptionally comfortable. Cécile was a wonderful host - proactively thinking of our every need and checking in to be sure we were ok. She even reached out to make sure we were aware of a coming thunderstorm while we were out sightseeing to be sure we could get to shelter in time! It’s really hard to put into words how lovely this experience was and how perfect this location is. The combination of a beautiful, impeccable apartment with the care and support of such a thoughtful host is a rare find indeed! Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed Audrey's warm welcome. The house is large, very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room, kitchen and exteriors are impeccable. We had a great evening, with a barbecue and jacuzzi on the agenda. Many thanks to Audrey!

All the occupants were more than delighted, each their own space while being close to the others, a common room large and friendly enough. a very quiet and secure residence. This house has a warm atmosphere that delights both big and small thanks to the outdoor space. i highly recommend it

Great place to stay with our Family of 9. All you need is there. Close to the train station to Paris center.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!
