Animal-friendly apartment in East Frisia

In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Nearby Bakery in the village Supermarkets - Neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Nessmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (about 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why traveling by car is recommended. My apartment is located in a historic building that once housed the old town hall printing house. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. A private parking space is directly accessible at the apartment and also conveniently accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via Airbnb is used exclusively to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

The "Thea" townhouse impresses with cozy retreat corners, such as the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner, or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, and there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa with a cup of tea.
