Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Holiday home on Spiegelberg - Lemgo

In our cozy vacation home on the Spiegelberg, you will stay close to the center and yet quietly in the countryside. Sit on your private terrace in the sun, light a fire in the fireplace, read a book from the small library, go for a walk in the neighboring forest, sit, eat, drink and play together at the large table, listen to and make music or watch a movie on the large sofa. Our house is certainly not perfect everywhere, but it is a house to live in and equipped with a lot of love.

Modern and well-kept bungalow on a large property with its own private basketball court in official court size. Quiet neighborhood on the edge of a commercial area. Ideal for families and groups who want to have a nice time together, whether cozily in front of the fireplace, athletically in front of the front door and on the adjacent hiking and field trails or relaxed in the wellness bath with hot tub. Lemgo and Bielefeld are around the corner and the Teutoburg Forest is nearby.

Private guest apartment near Detmold (7 km). Two steps lead over the terrace to the separate entrance of our apartment and from there you have a magnificent view over the beautiful "Lipperland". A private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with good basic equipment are available. From here there is a good connection to the bus, hiking and cycling trail network in Detmold and the surrounding area. The forest begins right behind the house, you can start hiking straight away.

The newly renovated holiday apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably with two rooms with posibility to sleep. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen. The 54 m² centrally located apartment is cozy and rustic and has a large south-facing balcony, two flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, a sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi and an underground parking space (both free of charge). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker (Tchibo Cafissimo - e.g. Aldi pads), fridge and much more. Towels, bed linen, hair dryer are provided. There is also a free shared pool and sauna (€1 per 20 min.).

Quiet & bright stay in the center

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The historic city center is very close and can be explored directly on foot. The Wall, the retail park and Mittelstraße are about 200 m away. The EauLe (swimming pool & sauna) is also less than 700 meters away. Free parking is available as well as a private entrance to the apartment and access to the garden and terrace. Unfortunately no pets are allowed (allergy).

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. On 70 square meters with a large south-facing balcony and views of the countryside, just relax and unwind! If you arrive with your car, you can park it comfortably right outside the door. The Westphalian thermal baths with sauna area & swimming pool are 6 minutes' walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!
