The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

Space for 4 cars. Bicycle rental. Walking distance to shopping, city center, restaurants and walking in Søedalen. Diagonally opposite is a small playground and within a short distance a tennis court, golf course, paddle and swimming pool as well as beautiful beaches. You can always get in touch with the owner by phone if needed.
