Close to the city center (4 km), bus stop 150 m. The house is very quiet. You can look into a free field from the studio. Fully equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, ceramic hob 2 fields, cabinets). Welcome to the housekeeping apartment (basement ) of the former rectory . The apartment is quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes you are walking in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. In January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

Landhaus Stevertal

Our renovated and modern furnished apartment is located in the beautiful, idyllic Stevertal on the edge of the Baumberge. The apartment is located in an approx. 300-year-old farm. The apartment is on the back of the house with a cozy terrace overlooking meadows and fields. The terrace invites you to relax and barbecue. It is an ideal starting point for hiking or cycling trips into the beautiful Münsterland.

Cozy apartment for 1-2 people

Our terraced house is in a very quiet location on the northwestern outskirts of Osnabrück (near Osnabrück harbor/canal). The beautiful Rubbenbruchsee recreational area and the Heger/Natruper Holz forest areas are just a 5-minute walk away. The cozy, light-flooded apartment is separate and self-sufficient in the attic (3rd floor) and can be reached via a common house entrance (first floor).
