There is exceptional mountain biking as close as 8 miles from the house. Zip lines and other attractions near by.

Studio apartment in the basement of our home. It has its own driveway and entrance. The studio apartment locks from the outside and locks from the rest of our basement. It is about 800 sq. ft. Our house is conveniently located to Hickory (10 miles) Morganton (10 miles) Lenoir (15 miles) Table Rock/Lake James (20 miles) Blue Ridge Parkway( 35 miles) Boone (50 miles) Charlotte (50 miles). One master bedroom and one loft bedroom with 2 full baths. Outside fire pit and indoor wood stove (we provide firewood 🪵) Central A/C (window unit supplements the central a/c in the upstairs portion of the house) and gas heat. Large covered porches on the front and back of the house, back porch is screened in with outdoor dining area.
