You will have your own patios with barbecue and garden furniture, here you can really relax in a calm and peaceful environment. It is close to nice nature, hiking and hiking areas, biking and fishing. Electric car chargers are available.

The house has panoramic windows for constant enjoyment of the fantastic lake view. Whether you're cooking dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, grilling on the jetty deck, relaxing in the sauna or resting in the cozy living room, the view is always with you. Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow our kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max number of guests is 10 p, including kids. Sorry no pets.

Vandra, fiska och natur finns i närheten och det finns tåg och buss till Göteborgs eller Alingsås. Det finns en bäddsoffa (blir 130 cm bred) sovloft lämpligt för barn fr 5 år - vuxen strl s/m (trappstege/flyttbara madrasser),fin uteplats och gratis parkering. (Obs trappor). I stugans källare och i huset finns tvättstuga. Rökfritt inne och ute.

Lakefront location, close to Gothenburg & Landvetter airport

Njut av lugnet i vacker natur, med promenadavstånd till badplats och smidig kollektivtrafik till Göteborg (busstation 500 meter från huset med direktbuss in till Göteborg på 25 minuter). En perfekt sommaroas för 1-4 personer, har man med sig egen luftmadrass så rymmer huset fler! Lakan o handdukar ingår! Hjortviken country club 15 min med bil. Mc Donalds, Ok/Q8 ca 5 min med bil. Landvetter flygplats 7 min med bil. Resesäng (spjälsäng) till bebis, barnstol och skötbädd kan lånas gratis.

Welcome to Öxeryd/Lilla Säteråsvägen 13. The house is located on a dead end street, last, with the forest as a neighbor at the back, close to the resort's popular lakes in a beautiful trollly environment. The apartment is simple, 55m2, but has everything to be able to offer desired comfort to our guests. Close to public transport and to Ica Kvantum, Lerum's most popular grocery store. Gothenburg city center and the airport Landvetter is about 20 minutes drive from the house.

Plot with great views and sheltered location among the treetops. Two bathrooms overlooking the forest and garden. The fireplace and balcony to the west. Large kitchen island and big dining room table. Highly located garden with sun all day and no transparency. Outdoor shower with hot water. Charcoal grill. Many bathing places in the nearby area, the nearest is Stamsjö bathing place, about 10 minutes to walk. Forests with nice paths border the grounds.

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Our house lies only 50 m from lake Aspen and has a stunning view over it. The house has three floors where the first holds a pretty large kitchen with a dining area. Here is also the living room with sofa and TV. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and close to them a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and a bath tub.

Newly built house with lake plot. Lovely location for the family who want to stay in a scenic place directly adjacent to the water. This house is best suited for max 6 adults and 1 child. We rent to families only. Minimum age to rent is 30 years old. High-season, weeks 27-35, we rent out only for full weeks, Saturday to Saturday.
