Det finns en bäddsoffa (blir 130 cm bred) sovloft lämpligt för barn fr 5 år - vuxen strl s/m (trappstege/flyttbara madrasser),fin uteplats och gratis parkering. (Obs trappor). I stugans källare och i huset finns tvättstuga. Rökfritt inne och ute.

Beautiful Öxeryd 20 min. from Gothenburg

Welcome to Öxeryd/Lilla Säteråsvägen 13. The house is located on a dead-end street, last, with the forest as a neighbor in the back, close to the town's popular lakes in a beautiful, magical environment. The apartment is simple, 55 m2, but has everything to offer the desired comfort to our guests. Close to public transport and to Ica Kvantum, Lerum's most popular grocery store. Gothenburg city center and Landvetter Airport are about 20 minutes by car from the house.

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.

Many bathing places in the nearby area, the nearest is Stamsjö bathing place, about 10 minutes to walk. Forests with nice paths border the grounds.

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Our house lies only 50 m from lake Aspen and has a stunning view over it. The house has three floors where the first holds a pretty large kitchen with a dining area. Here is also the living room with sofa and TV. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and close to them a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and a bath tub.

Villa in central Lerum

Welcome to our house in central Lerum! To Gothenburg, it takes about 20 minutes by car. Single-story house with large terrace and fenced plot, perfect for both children and pets. Lerum center is 800 meters away, where there are shops, restaurants and the train station that will take you to Gothenburg or Alingsås. Swimming areas, exercise trails and nature are nearby. No parties are allowed in this house.
