You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, rackets, petanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12m x 6m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

A little paradise in the center of the village of Linxe! Forest all around, ocean 10 minutes away, shops on site, beautiful life in perspective :) The independent studio is located in the outbuilding of the house and includes a bathroom with toilet and sink. The kitchen is to be shared with me and is located in the main house (fridge in the studio). Shared access also to the covered terrace called Chill zone with electricity and sofa.
