Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

The 120 sqm vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 floors, each with a sleeping and living area (play corner for our little guests) as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.

Domblick Merseburg (vacation home)

It took us three years to renovate our gem directly on the river from the ground up with a lot of love. We ourselves are so fond of this beautiful spot on earth that we would like to let others have a part in it and offer it for rent here. It offers you space for 6 people in three double rooms on a total of three levels as standard. House with a garden in a quiet location on the outskirts of Leipzig. Top connected to Leipzig city center (tram every 10 min, stop virtually on the doorstep). By car, it's about 20 minutes to the city center, by train or bike about 30 minutes. There are two bedrooms in the house, each with a double bed (1x box spring bed, 1x sofa bed) and a fold-out lounger. Underfloor heating everywhere. Wood for the fireplace in the garden is available.

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, but also a large park. The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”
