The host was incredibly helpful, we didn’t speak much French but their English is amazing and they made sure we felt at home and comfortable!

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great in Benjamin's Airbnb. It is very nice and well equipped. The area is very quiet and you didn't hear anything from the big city bustle. The Airbnb was a little further from the center, but you could get everywhere very well by metro or bus.

Great affluent and well designed, new, very clean with nicely chosen decor and quality furniture/ equipment. Very quiet environment. Thomas is a thoughtful, available and responsive host. We feel expected and pampered. Honestly a product of exceptional value for money and we speak informed because we are large users of Abnb listings.

It was nice and cozy. Felt like home. Kitchen appliances were working properly. It’s a well maintained flat. Host was super responsive. We will surely book this BNB if we visit again.

What a great place to stay! We stayed for four weeks. The location is so convenient to everything. The Metro, restaurants, food shops, groceries, shopping was all within a two to three block walk. It was so nice to be so close to central Paris without being surrounded by thousands of tourists! Myriam spoke perfect English and was always quick to respond to our needs. She also gave great recommendations of things to do and places to go in the neighborhood. The building was very secure and safe. We really felt more like Parisians than tourists from the US. Sipping wine on the balcony each night while seeing the Eiffel Tower and the arch de triumph all lit up was a daily highlight. My biggest complaint was the noisy street below. Motorcycles, car horns and especially sirens were heard throughout the day and night. But hey, it’s Paris, you can’t escape those noises anywhere! I would definitely stay there again.

Aline is a very friendly and welcoming person. The studio was very clean and had all the necessary things for a good stay. We really liked the location, as it was calm and peaceful. The subway goes everywhere in Paris. I highly recommend it!

We traveled to Paris with our 8 month old and Faustine's place was perfect for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with all of the amenities we needed. A short walk to the metro. Faustine was very responsive with any suggestions and accommodating, we will definitely look her up when we come back to the city.

Helenes home was perfect! You are closer to the Eiffel Tower than the pictures make it seem. The home was well stocked and had plenty of ammenities. We would definately stay here again.

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Everything was perfect at Franck's. The place, the location… We came to see a match at Roland Garros and it was ideal. Our host was kind enough to wait until 1 a.m. to welcome us since we had worked all day and had come from Strasbourg. He is incredibly kind! I would recommned this property. And I'll keep the contact details safe for a future visit!
