Holiday rentals with a patio in Lewes

We were delighted to find this location after driving across the country for a move to the East Coast. This Airbnb is spacious and well appointed. It is also local to many restaurants and close to the beach. We felt at home and were able to relax. There is a kitchen with pots and pans, silverware, and plates. Also, there is all you need to go to the beach, including beach towels, an umbrella, and other beach supplies. This is a gem of an Airbnb.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to a peaceful getaway within walking distance of the beach, downtown, and the farmer's market! The pictures are accurate and the condo is stocked will all of your cooking essentials! The host is very helpful and super sweet!

Shelley's little vacation cabin was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We stayed only one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy the deck and the view, but they looked great! Easy driving distance from Cape May. Definitely recommend.

TJ has thought of everything. It felt just like coming home. The neighborhood is pretty and peaceful while still being close to all the attractions.

Kate and Dan were very accommodating. They responded quickly to my messages. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Kate helped us instantly access the key in the lock box. My friends and I loved the cute rooms and great amenities.

We had a great stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. We loved the convenience of a first floor condo for easy access to our vehicle and the pool. The location was a quiet area that is within walking distance to a bakery and bike trail, which was perfect as they had bicycles available for us to use.

Erin was so hospitable and friendly. I would 10/10 recommend a stay at her property. Nice surroundings, very clean house, perfect for a couple or small group. If I am ever back in the area I will certainly be staying here again!

Stefanie's place was the perfect location for our getaway. The unit had everything you needed, it was very well stocked i.e. Coffee, toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent things that aren't your normal for an Airbnb rental. Great location easy access to the grocery stores, liquor stores and the best pizza I've had in a long time Villa Sorrento's. We will definitely book this place again.

This was our first time using an air bnb and I must say that I was very impressed. The place was very nice, clean and inviting. It felt like home when you walked in, the area was convenient to beaches, shopping, restaurants and gas stations. The little details they had such as a guest book to sign, games, beach furniture, binder with information such as passwords to WiFi and streaming services , beaches , recommendations for places to visit or eat at etc. Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The whole experience we had was great , not one complaint . Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay with grandma, two grandsons (12 and 9) and uncle and mom. Space was clean, smelled lovely and was the perfect size for us. The extra amenities of kids toys, games, bikes and boogie boards was perfect for our beach vacation. We were especially impressed by the quality of the bikes and beach equipment. Bikes were great for a quick 10 minute ride into town for coffee, dinner, ice cream etc. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area!

Christie's place was fantastic! Incredibly clean, spacious, and perfectly located within walking distance to grocery stores, outlets, and entertainment like movies and go-karts. We loved relaxing on the screened-in porch with views of the peaceful pond. Christie herself is an exceptionally kind and accommodating host, always quick to respond and very helpful. We'd absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay here. The house was so clean and comfy! The outdoor oasis was epic. Josh was so responsive and helpful. We will definitely love to come back! As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a clean smelling open comfy place to relax. We stayed outside in the back yard most of the time. It was great to have so much room and be able to unwind enjoy ourselves. I highly recommend this place to stay!

The house was great for our family of 4 with room for 2 more. We were about 4 miles away from Hopkins Heartland Covered Bridge for our sons wedding. This was perfect location to go back and forth and to other places around Lewes. I highly recommend this house whether your in town a week or long weekend. Asa was amazing and always got right back to us with any questions.

Terri’s place was such a cozy home! It had a lot of charm to it, great location, lovely balcony, and it was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay by the Delaware beaches.

This place rocked! Was looking for a quiet place that was bike-able to everywhere, and this was it! We never had to get in our car. My kids loved the pool. The bakery was the best! And the biking was epic! A perfect end of summer trip that all started with a clean, cozy, perfect-location place to stay!

What a beautiful area, and such a peaceful atmosphere! We really enjoyed our stay at Rohoboth Beach and this condo was just what we needed, very accommodating, clean, and in a great location, close to the beach!

Great weekend getaway! The pictures are accurate, the apartment was clean and well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Maria is a fantastic, responsive host! Would definitely stay again!

I would 100% recommend Rodrigo’s condo! Such a quick walk to the beach and the amenities were great especially with a toddler. I liked how it wasn’t directly on the boardwalk, it made it feel like an area guided more towards families. The private laundry room was a great bonus too as well as being a corner unit to leave your beach items outside as well. I liked how there were items for children in the condo such as a pack and play and children’s plates etc. we didn’t need these items, but it was nice to see that it was included for those with children that may have forgotten certain items. Rodrigo was a great host as he was very quick to respond and was very helpful as well as just checking in to see that everything went smoothly and if we needed anything. I would definitely book here again for the next time we visit Ocean City, Maryland!!!!!

Wow your loft was absolutely amazing! We had the best time it seriously blew us away. From the second we walked in, we felt completely at home; everything was so stylish and comfortable, and you two clearly put a ton of thought into every detail. The living room was perfect for chilling out and having a laugh we made so many great memories there! And the kitchen? Don't even get me started! You made cooking a total breeze. You even had a little step stool for our toddler in the bathroom seriously, you guys are the best hosts ever! The bedrooms were incredibly comfy! And that screened in porch was the absolute cherry on top perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The location couldn't have been better either the beach and boardwalk were so easy to reach. It was the perfect balance of relaxing and having fun. Thank you both so much for letting us stay! it was a memorable experience.

My husband and I decided to go on a getaway last minute. We found Seth’s place and were able to book the unit for the days we had available. It was great and met all of our expectations. We have been to OC and Fenwick many times and knew this is where we wanted to stay. It did not disappoint and we hope to rent again in the near future.
