Everything went as smoothly as possible. Amy was excellent at her communication. The frequent emails with information was very useful. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely consider staying there again if traveling to the Hamilton area again.

Would 100% recommend this house and will probably stay here again when visiting family! The hosts were great about reaching out before we arrived and even hand delivered a note to the house thanking us for staying and congratulating my brother and sister in law on their baby! House was perfect for what we needed, looked just like the photos and met and exceeded all of our expectations! Can’t wait to come back!

The place was very quaint & clean. We loved the small town feel & the restaurants were really good! The beds were comfortable & kitchen had all the stuff you needed for a great stay! We really enjoyed ourselves & look forward to staying again when we’re back in town.

Beautiful place to stay. The pool was clean and fantastic; Had clear instructions to ensure safety for kids. Overall very clean and comfortable house for a perfect weekend stay with family. I highly recommend this place and will visit again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and comfort of Lisa's pool house, but even more so meeting her and her furbabies. I will definitely put her place on my list of places to stay again in Cincy when I travel home. Thankful the hospitality and consideration she showed for our safety during the tornado warnings on Sunday. Go Muskies!!!

Great place in an awesome location!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. House is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. Appreciated the double oven and 2 refrigerators for our large group. Outdoor space with the pool is great and the kids appreciated the books and toys available. Some of the interior is showing its age but nothing too serious. Had a couple things that led to reaching out to the host and Nick and Carolyn were both responsive and helpful.

Wonderful oasis. Perfect location for a parent’s weekend at Miami or graduation.

Thank so much! What a gem of a property you have here! It’s absolutely beautiful! Love the story of the property and the “before” pictures. We enjoyed family time hiking, paddle boating, playing corn hole and just resting/reading by the water. Nearby we picked strawberries and hiked a water fall trail. Cedar Coffee was just icing on the cake! Literally, the zucchini cake was delicious, as well as breakfast sandwiches, coffee and chai latte! Thanks for sharing your space/property with us! It was delightful weekend and memories were made!

I stayed here with my semi-professional volleyball team and it was a great fit. We all had enough space to stay comfortably. Reshma was a phenomenal host and was always providing helpful instructions and checking in. If you’re looking for a cozy, perfect home, this is your place!!!!

Great place to stay. We had a softball tournament in Greenwood and this was a decent distance from the ballpark. Would stay here again.

We were about 600 miles from home to attend my granddaughter‘s high school graduation at nearby Eaton. This place met our needs perfectly. Everything was as described so there were no surprises. There were actually more amenities than we expected and more items in the cupboards than we expected. Thanks for everything.

Their place was wonderful and well kept. We absolutely loved the screened in back patio, and enjoyed a game of 90s trivial pursuit that the hosts left for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. Great stay!

We had a great stay at Sarah’s house! Plenty of room for our crew and close to the campground where our family were staying. Very peaceful setting. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful, welcoming place to stay! Property was neat and inviting! Everything on the interior was that way too! This is newly remodeled with new appliances, everything was fresh and clean in every way! I have already recommended this Airbnb to others and plan to stay here again in the future! If you forget something, most likely, Chico has it there for your convenience. Top notch host in every way!

We really enjoyed out stay at Susan's place for our family reunion. The kids really loved the kayaking, pool table, walking around the pond and the fire pit. There were lots of spaces to hang around, play games and spend time together. It was peaceful and lovely! The kitchen was pretty well stocked, though you may want to bring extra paper products like paper towels, TP and paper plates for large groups.

We were in town for a Savannah Bananas game so didn’t spend much time there other to sleep. The upstairs was perfect for the two younger boys with us. Plenty of room for the 5 total people who stayed. The house looks brand new despite being very historic! Cinthya also responds right away and super friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

I will definitely be staying here eventing we visit family in Richmond, IN. Cynthia "Cindy" is a tremendous host who wants you to really feel at home and pays attention to the little things that pay off in a big way. From the bottled water in the fridge (much needed/appreciated) to the candy dish in the main that was a nice surprise when movie watching, to the snacks in the kitchen, and the well decorated, well maintained, and very presentable charm of her beautiful historic home with magnificent landscaping that highlights the tranquil koi pond. Great location, stupendous host, and marvelous property!! A MUST STAY!!

Home is beautifully decorated and updated. They did a lovely job of balancing the charm of a century home with modern amenities. Great communication and hospitality, from the complimentary snacks and bottled water to bathroom supplies we tend to forget! Towels were large, soft and plentiful. Fabulous coffee bar with anything you could want! Husband is a coffee fan, but I appreciated they didn't forget us tea drinkers with an electric kettle and a good selection of quality teas! Everything was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Would not hesitate to book again and refer others.

Hoot's place was ideal for our stay. The location was really convenient for getting to Cincinnati and Indianapolis and Hoot provided us with a really useful guide to local amenities. We found Hoot to be a really helpful and approachable host and would have no hesitation in recommending Hoot's place as a place stay for anyone wanting to visit and stay in the Cincinnati region. The house was in a great location, check in was super easy, Mara was very attentive and it had everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again!

All weekend I kept thinking the perfect word to describe Angie’s house was “accommodating!” What a beautiful, peaceful and cozy home and neighborhood, and also so close to town. The home was spotless and had every amenity you could think of. Including wonderful items for our 21 month old daughter-pack n play, high chair, toys and books, sound machine, kids dishes/cups and more! The office was wonderful as well, as I needed to get some work done. We were in town for a funeral and Angie was wonderful and responsive to all of our messages and let us check out later after the funeral service. This place really is a dream and so well done, thank you Angie! We hope to stay again on our next visit to see family.

Our family had a wonderful weekend stay! Comfortable beds, nice amenities, and warm, friendly communication. Location was great. Would definitely love to stay again when our travels take us back to Oxford!
