The contact on site worked excellently, Francesco himself showed us the apartment and explained everything important. In addition, he was always available when we had questions. The beach is only a few meters away and a mini market for daily needs is right on the doorstep. It was an absolutely successful holiday from our side.

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Lovely place for a family holiday.

We were guests at Tiziana's for a week, the accommodation is perfect with a dog, the sea is just a few minutes' walk away, the area is very nice and there are many great restaurants nearby. Tiziana is a great hostess, was always immediately available and always helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a break with her and enjoy the area and the accommodation!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We had a lovely stay at this rental. The house is located in a small residence overlooking the beach. The environment is ideal, you can do anything on foot, restaurants, cafes, shops … We were able to enjoy both the seaside and the pool. Perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We also enjoyed the communication with Massimo, he's a great host.

New, neat and clean with good air conditioning. Short distance to swimming pool that was clean and organized. Never crowded with bathers, and in the middle of the day you could experience having the entire bathing facility for yourself. Breakfast is not included, with an option for a fee. We chose to make our own breakfast in a good kitchen in the apartment. The hotel provides you with pleasant service and services as much as the hotel guests. Possibility of electric car charging for a fee. A bit unusual to have to pay a security deposit in AirBnB context, it might be on the listing. But it worked fine and we deducted the goods and services we had put in the "room". And of course, the remaining security deposit was returned upon checkout. We recommend the apartment and would happily come back. 😎

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Greta welcomed us in a very friendly way in her beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment and gave us helpful tips. The beach is within walking distance. We enjoyed the large terrace very much and liked to use it for shared meals and evenings. Thanks for the wonderful time! Best regards

I was in Sabrina's apartment for a week with my daughter. The apartment is very small but well organized, it is equipped with all the comforts to allow you to spend a few days of relaxation. Each sector was well stocked, for example the condiments in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, detergents and bathroom products, etc. I also very much appreciated the presence of the coffee machine. The appointment is halfway between Misano and Cattolica, easily accessible on foot or by bike. Sabrina and her husband were very helpful and understanding hosts. On the day of check-in, my car broke down halfway and I had to take it to the workshop. I continued my journey by train to Cesena. In Cesena, Sabrina and her husband offered to give me a ride to Misano. They were very kind to help me with information and the transfer.

The accommodation is excellent and in a very well located place, a few steps from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you may need. We would certainly be staying there again. Very clean apartment, equipped with every comfort, very close to the sea and also to a nice large parking lot nearby, also close to a supermarket within walking distance.
