Villa Zanzi - Rooms, B&B

Villa Zanzi è un'accogliente struttura con camere-bed&breakfast immersa nella campagna faentina, a 4km dal'autostrada A14 (uscita Faenza). Gli alloggi (3 camere matrimoniali + 1 camera con 2 letti) sono all'interno di una villa settecentesca ed arredati con mobilio dell'epoca facente parte dell'arredo esistente. Le camere sono situate al primo piano, servito da un'ampia scala. La villa è circondata da un ampio giardino con parco dotato di lettini e ombrelloni dedicati al relax degli ospiti.

My accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families (with children). It is located both in the center of the village and in the center of the park of the Po Delta, which has recently become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The sea is a few kilometers away (ca 10 min). Boat trips are available in the area. The house offers 6 bicycles for excursions in the Mesola grove and in the many cycle paths in the area. For more info, I'll be here to help.

The apartment is structured on three levels: ground floor with kitchen/living room and semi-equipped bathroom (without shower); 1st floor with large bedroom, large bathroom complete with separate shower and bathtub; attic (2nd bedroom) accessible through a shared staircase with another house, with a full-size bed and a cot + small bathroom (toilet and sink only). The accommodation is in the historic center Free parking is available at the back of the house.

Appartamento è al P.1. con vista mare. La spiaggia davanti è libera, ma già a 200 m. iniziano gli stabilimenti attrezzati. Il mio alloggio è adatto a famiglie (con bambini).Appartamento è stato appena restrutturato. Dotato di 2 camere da letto, una matrimoniale e una con 2 letti singoli. Il soggiorno con divano letto è molto lumimoso con terrazzo vista mare. Dotata di aria condizionata, tv 32°, lavatrice. Il posto auto interrno è a pagamento.
