The apartment is great. Safe, Clean, neat. The location is very close to the beach and walking street. Everything is great. I will recommend my friends to come here.

We were very satisfied: the apartment was a "stone's throw" from the sea, we had a great view from the balcony to the sea, with a few steps you were in the shopping mile, the apartment was very clean, you could speak German with Cinzia - everything just worked out to be able to relax! Been here for the second time - and again fully satisfied! The apartment is well maintained, lovingly furnished and simply comfortable. We were thrilled with our first visit last year, and everything was great this time as well. Thank you for the great stay – we will definitely come back!

Great location, private and accessible

We stayed for 4 nights with family , Very clean apartment, everything we needed was provided , Great location , Kids loved the activities , beach Caribe Bay was a big thumbs up 👍

We had a wonderful stay the children were delighted between the sea a stone's throw away, the varied games by the driveway that leads to the beach, two very good restaurants and as a bonus blue ice cream! What more could you ask for! Being able to get to Venice easily? It's also possible thanks to the bus at the end of the street that takes you to the Vaporetto. We also visited Murano and Burano a pleasure for the eyes🤩. In addition, a thoughtful host who guided us very well and advised us to organize our stay as best as possible. Accurate messages with all the necessary information well before we leave, and always very responsive to responses. We had the pleasure of finding a bottle of prosecco and small chocolate eggs to welcome us🙏. The kids even had a little surprise on the day they checked out. We recommend eyes closed thank you again!

Our apartment was perfect for our family of five. The host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed to have a nice stay. They were friendly and even had some local recommendations or ideas on how to travel to where we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and walkable to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. We would love to stay at this place again in the future.

Very nice place, we arrived late at night and they stay attentive. There is a supermarket in the same building.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! The entire building as well as the apartment look very modern and high-quality. We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Especially the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure. A real highlight was the spacious balcony with a comfortable seating area, ideal for enjoying the evening with a glass of wine. The facility left nothing to be desired. Since the cleanliness on the beach unfortunately did not convince us, we were all the more grateful for the well-maintained pool and whirlpool area, which we used extensively. The pools were always clean and offered a great alternative to the beach. Overall, it was a very nice stay, which we would gladly recommend. Thank you, Matteo!

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is magnificent, the terrace simply great, the view is awesome. We immediately felt at home. Ugo and Graziella are very friendly and warm hosts, who are very attentive to their guests. The apartment is well equipped, it was also ideal for our little daughter (high chair, crib,...) Ugo was always available, even at night, when we had a false alarm in the stairwell and panicked quite a bit. The way to the beach is not far, and we also found the pool great for cooling off. Numerous shops (including grocery stores and bakeries) and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Thank you for this beautiful week of VACATION!!! I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Jesolo!

We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Massimo thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful great apartment. We stayed here for 4 nights and I must say it was the best apartment we have booked through Airbnb so far. The price is warranted. The location is 1A really. Next door is a playground. The city and the sea are 5 minutes' walk away. The apartment actually has everything you need. What I only missed was olive oil (I wish I was already in Italy) but there was sunflower oil + a salt shaker ( salt was available but bad for portioning ) and possibly a tip from me to you for the beach extra towels. That would have been mega. The electronic devices were very clean and don't think old either. The apartment was super super clean and very modern. The patio was our highlight. It was all very comfortable. There was a high chair for my son, which I was very happy about. The parking is large.

The accommodation was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back. :-)

The location near the beach is great, the busier streets near the Vaporetto pier are 10-12 minutes' walk away. The apartment is more functional than luxurious, two rooms plus a room that serves as a kitchen/dining room/living room, but that was totally ok for the price. It was nice that someone greeted us personally.

The apartment is located in a beautiful old Villa in venetian style! The Villa has a beautiful garden with huge trees, the whole villa is in the shade of these trees. The apartment is located in the ground floor. The apartment provided everything that we all have at home, kitchen, TV, washing machine, microwave...etc. Close to the Viall is a big supermarket. The villa is also very close to the main street in Lido that provides many restaurants and gelaterias. Most important! the villa is close to the Lido S.M.E harbor. The host provided me detailed check in/out information and is available on standard communication apps like |what is up" and airbnb chat

Great location for us, 10 mins away from free beach and 10 mins to ferry. And the view, what can I say it’s spectacular!! Would definitely book again if staying on lido.

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

Wonderful 'tiny house' bungalows with a nice terrace in a very beautiful kept & tranquil environment with trees, bushes and flowers. There is even a herb garden you can take from for your cooking. The bungalows had everything you need for being self-catering. Annalisa prepared an extra bed for us after asking what we needed. There are free bicycles to use, which was a real highlight for us, because is easy to bike to town and beyond. Annalisa informed us about upcoming events, markets and even strikes of the public transport. She also offers a BBQ, a laundry machine with cloth hanging possibilities and an umbrella for the beach. The location is very private & quiet, close to a beautiful free beach, close to the towns Ca'Savio, Treporti and of course close to other exciting beautiful places to discover. We had a fantastic time!

Thank you for a great time. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the vaporetto station, which can take you anywhere. Also within walking distance is a beautiful embankment with many restaurants, in 15 minutes you can walk to the city center. The accommodation is excellent, the kitchen has everything you need. Also, the stavri on the windows add a special charm to the apartment;)
