Vickleby is located in the World Heritage Södra Ölands Growing Landscape, on the edge of Stora Alvaret, with its unique flora and at a distance of two km to the sea with swimming or windsurfing at Haga park, or bird watching at Beijershamn. Five minutes walk to Capellagården.

Designer Carl Malmsten founded his school Capellagården in Vickley with artistic focus. The resort is open to visitors and one of Öland's most visited tourist destinations. There is a cafe and a shop with fine craft products and self grown plants for sale. The Vickleby Alaska attracts many flower lovers. In the month of May, a sea of orchids is spreading out.

Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
