Welcome to our newly-built apartment in Björlanda Kile - just 350 meters from the sea and 20 minutes from central Gothenburg! Here you live close to both forest, salt rock pools and a good selection of outdoor activities (beach volleyball, bike park & kayak rental). Perfect if you need a "get away" from the city! A beautiful path leads you through cow pastures and over cliffs down to the sea – the top for a morning swim (no designated swimming area). In the area, there are also two designated swimming areas: Stora Udd and Östra Piren.

During the month of December, the house is decorated for Christmas and is waiting to welcome you for a cozy winter stay during the Christmas season.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Here you have a really cosy place with plenty of hikes and close to the ocean. Here you also find a small beach and rocks to bath from. Ryskärjsfjorden is famous for its kayaking and also on the winter for its ice skating. Its 30 km to Gothenburg and 24 km to Marstrand (9 km with boat).
