Hot tub, sauna and sea bath - Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with almost all the facilities you need. We have three rooms with beds for two people in each room. In addition, we have two extra beds to use for those of you who have children with you. Or there might be the possibility to rent the "attefallsstugan" separately. It is a hidden idyllic place that was once a holiday island for Volvo employees. At the time, the island was called Trälen. You can see Björkö, Karlatornet and Marstrand from the island.

Wonderful cottage with a sunroom that has a sea view

We are renting our cabin which is a real pearl all year round. The location is perfect with 5-10 minutes walk to salt baths and nice viewpoints. With the car you get in 20 minutes to Marstrand and 35 minutes to Gothenburg and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated during the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a patio with terrace that has a sea view. The house suit families with children, friends and couples. Max 4 adults but more if they are children.

Here, you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of a rural environment overlooking meadows and pastures, take a nice walk in the forest or a 30-minute bike ride to the sea. If you want culture, entertainment and restaurants, it is close by car to Marstrand, Kungälv and Gothenburg. Also recommend a visit to Tofta Manor with its beautiful surroundings. From the cottage, it is about a 20-minute walk to the bus station in Kärna for further transport to Ytterby/Kungälv/Gothenburg. Car is recommended if you are traveling for a long time.

Quiet idyllic accommodation of 14 m2 with room for 1 person in room with kitchenette. Separate shower and toilet. The cottage is beautifully located in our garden. Free parking space included. Our place is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to nature and the sea, with Lillebybadet just 5 km away. You reach the center of Gothenburg by bus, which runs approximately every 15 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes at night, and takes about 30 minutes.
