Our guesthouse in the center of Limmen has been completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc) 3 minutes on foot. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 minutes), but also Alkmaar(15 minutes) and Amsterdam(30 minutes) are easily accessible. Parking is on the street and is free. You can use the bikes for free. You will receive a private piece of garden at your disposal.

Modern holiday home with 3 bedrooms, plenty of privacy, 5km from dunes and sea, and only 10-25 minutes from Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Haarlem. The home has 2 double beds and a bunk bed (7 in total) All rooms are on the ground floor. There's a 55m² quiet courtyard. The yellow kitchen has an oven, 5 induction cookers,and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge. In the garage are 2 bicycles which you can use for free. Touristtax €2,50 per person per night is not included

Holiday Home Mila

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Vrijstaand zomerhuis in duingebied aan strand/zee

Ons comfortabele zomerhuis heet 'Aremer Duin' en is direct gelegen aan het natuurgebied de Kennemer Duinen. Het mooie, rustige strand van Egmond-Binnen is op wandelafstand (2 km) via de duinen te bereiken. Het zomerhuis staat volledig zelfstandig, heeft een vrije opgang en fantastisch uitzicht op de bollenvelden en de Abdij. Het is sfeervol ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. Een goede uitvalsbasis voor mooie steden zoals Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem en de waddeneilanden (o.a. Texel).

Het Huisje, tiny house in the center of Bakkum

This cozy and sunny cottage in Bakkum is on the edge of the dunes and the forest. Within walking distance are various eateries. In 10 minutes by bike, you can reach Castricum aan Zee with a beautiful beach, many terraces, restaurants and water sports. There are 2 folding bicycles at the cottage. You have your own entrance with a small garden and seating area. Parking is available on your own property or parking space across the street. Bedroom is upstairs, accessible via steep stairs.

Wokke apartment at the Lake

Wokke apartment at the lake is geweldig gelegen aan het Uitgeestermeer. Dit heerlijk lichte 4 kamerappartement met 3 slaapkamers en zeer groot dakterras op het zuiden geeft dat `echte´ vakantiegevoel. Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

This apartment on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings is tastefully decorated. It is the ideal base for exploring the city. Step outside in the picturesque streets and take a walk in the city park and along the canals. Discover the historic monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques, cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a luxurious sofa bed for 2p.

Even lekker in een andere omgeving genieten van de mooie wandelroutes door onze NH duinreservaat en heerlijk uitwaaien op het mooiste strand van Nederland. Naast de vele tentjes op de wandelroutes met koffie / broodjes, kan er aan het eind van de dag in het centrum worden genoten van de beste restaurants uit Castricum en omgeving.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

'Sauna on Sea' is the perfect getaway to relax at the Dutch coast or for an easy visit to Amsterdam. This centrally located apartment is within cycling distance of the beach and sea. Beach bars, restaurants and shops are widely available. And... You can reach the center of Amsterdam in 25 minutes by train. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the appartment. In the afternoon you can enjoy the sun in front of the house or relax in the luxurious sauna.
