Monthly Rentals in Lincoln Heights

It felt nice, quiet safe neighborhood. Lots of parking available parking. Good set up for some light cooking. Lots of storage space in the bathroom. Ac work well at keeping the room cool. Nice short walk to the Norwood Delite for some ice cream when it's hot. Took bike ride tour around the neighborhood by the airbnb host, which was fun. The garden area was nice to look at with a deck area to site at. Use the pool table to pass the time while the laundry is running. The was good connectivity to the Wi-Fi. And she was helpful and using the apps for streaming. There were sturdy pots and pans and utensils to use. Overall, really enjoyed my stay.

So... Jennifer is a great host. The house is as described and is nice and clean. A few notes that are important if you are on the older side-- 1. There are stairs leading up-- the bottom one is starting to crumble a little so be careful. There is no railing on the stairs that lead to the basement and laundry-- so be aware on that front. The property itself is nice and clean-- and its on a relatively quiet block, but close to a not-so-nice area, so do be aware. The house is an older house-- so there is no way to really "be quiet" while walking around if others are sleeping. The floors are beautiful-- and loud. I gave it 5 stars because the host is great and the house is as advertised. Just be aware it is an older house with some of the flaws you'd expect in an older property. If you like the charm of an older house and not having neighbors stacked on top of you- -this could be perfect.

Great little apartment in Glendale - my wife wanted to take home one of the chairs because it fit her petite body so well! Only thing to know about this place is that it is not set up to cook in. Only a microwave and insta-pot cooker is available. No stove or cooktop. But with the plethora of dining options nearby, you’ll be fine.
