Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. It is our newest renovated one bedroom condo in North Hilltop/Westgate community. There are several shops, most notably Third Way Cafe, within walking distance. We are right around the corner from Grandview and Franklinton, which are awesome dinner/drink neighborhoods with many restaurants and breweries. Conveniently located right off I-70 for quick commuting. Well behaved pets welcome! Laundry onsite. No smoking and no parties/events!

Our unique space has been updated with new decor and lots of amenities for a great stay, while still highlighting its rich history. Located in the Grandview area of Columbus, this home is just 2 miles from the Shoe, Short North Arts District and close to downtown! Once owned by a local family-owned iron company, it still showcases lots of custom ironwork inside and out. The spacious rooms have high ceilings and lots of character with one full private bedroom, a large sleeping loft and bath.

The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings.
