In the middle of streams, biotopes and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modernly restored mill estate in the Bauhaus style near the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area borders a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. Surrounded by forests and located directly on a hiking trail, our idyllic holiday home lies in the quiet village of Reelsen. On 128 sqm, you will enjoy an upscale ambiance with plenty of space to relax, just a few steps from the forest and the Aabach stream. Special comfort is provided by keyless PinPad access, a whirlpool, a large partly covered terrace, and spacious, light-filled rooms with extensive amenities. The spacious "country house" is located on an idyllic and somewhat hidden property in the countryside. It offers plenty of space for 6-7 people on its 120 square meters of living space. Large windows let plenty of light and air into the open-plan living and dining area, which is directly connected to a spacious terrace including a garden. Upstairs is a large bathroom with a hot tub and a spacious bedroom as well as another sleeping area on the open gallery.

We offer a cozy apartment for up to 8 people on our farm. There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available The apartment with approx. 150 m² of living space is adjacent to our property and is available for exclusive use. It is lovingly and high-quality furnished and suitable for allergy sufferers (therefore unfortunately no pets). The heated outdoor pool and sauna invite you to relax, with views of the Wiehen Hills.
