Beautiful Villa and its independent chalet located in a quiet area of Lit et Mixe. 9 km from the beaches of Contis and Cap de l'Homy and 2 km from the village of Lit, you can choose to travel by car or take the bike. The Landes forest is accessible directly from the house to enjoy pleasant walks. For those who prefer to stay at home, you will have all the comforts: 4k connected TV, Wi-Fi, 10x5 swimming pool, 100 m² terrace, gas barbecue, enclosed grounds.

"La Rose des Vents" vacation villa

This place is designed for families. Important preliminary remarks: This family home (which is located next to our house and our two existing and already operated cottages called "les coquillages") will only be rented to families who respect the calm of the place, including in the pool area.
