Monthly Rentals in Little Fencote

Our stay at the Roost Retreat was perfect. We thought it was the best equipped and most hospitable Airbnb we've ever stayed in. Claire is a fabulous host who provides a plethora of little touches and was so friendly and hospitable, both to us and our dog Poppy. Her communication prior to us going was excellent too. We had a lovely welcome basket, dog blankets and towels, a barbecue, innumerable kitchen items and even a fan which was so useful when the weather became hot. We would love to stay again and would highly recommend this accommodation.

Absolutely perfect! Everything about this apartment is great. It's spotlessly clean, well maintained and well equipped, couldn't ask for anything more. I've stayed in a lot of places and not many have this attention to detail. The surroundings are lovely and whilst being peaceful, you're only 5 minutes from Northallerton, so plenty of places to eat and shops. Rebecca is very friendly and helpful. The communication is excellent. Look forward to staying here again!

We had a lovely weekend stay in the cabin! The hot tub was on when we arrived and even though we didn't get there until 11pm Georgie was very flexible and helped us check in. The cabin is located on a caravan park so there's other people around but you're secluded inside the cabin and you have privacy when you're in the hot tub.

this is lovely house! excellent for some friends or a small family. so beautiful and comfortable inside with a lovely host! would totally recommend to anyone looking for a good point to stay in Yorkshire
