A very well-kept structure with attention to detail! In addition to complete cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for traveling by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be very suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

Absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso Holiday House – a hidden gem in every sense of the word! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy and tranquility of the location. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away in the hills, yet fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch – a perfectly stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Getting there was half the fun – the windy roads leading up to the house were scenic and added to the sense of adventure. We actually looked forward to each drive, with sweeping views and a real feeling of escape from the everyday. Tomasso Holiday House is the kind of place you dream about coming back to. It offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and charm. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

The house appears as described in the listing, an excellent location for those who do not want to stress themselves with parking and traffic, just 10 minutes from the center of Livorno and two minutes from the shopping center, a strategic choice of want tranquility and comfort. Two days of relaxation and peace. Beautiful place. House equipped with everything. Small but at the same time, spacious apartment. The bed is very comfortable. Beautiful area for walks. Obviously, you need a car to get to the sea. The only flaw, if you have a big car, is that you can't get directly in front of the house because the road is narrow. We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home! The area is very quiet and the property is completely fenced, which makes it ideal for our dog. The house is perfectly equipped and very clean. We really enjoyed spending the evenings on the spacious terrace and in the lounge. The free charging station for our electric car was a really generous and practical extra. Francesco and your family were incredibly attentive and friendly. You immediately feel the warm atmosphere and your hospitality. I highly recommend your home and you as a Host. We had a relaxing & peaceful time in Capannori at ‘roof tiles’ This stone home was not fancy but traditional and had all we required for our stay in the breathtaking countryside. It wasn’t the easiest to find or access due to the steep gravel driveway, but that’s what made it secluded and special. We enjoyed wonderful walks in the forests & nearby villages where we met many friendly & kind locals. A great place to decompress after a busy time in Florence, & only short but very beautiful drives to lovely Lucca & Pisa. Don’t expect 5 star fanciness, but a place with all you need to experience & enjoy the Tuscan landscape! I’ve never heard such a cacophony of birdsong - blissful !

Giulia was so great at communicating details and quick to resolve any around I had. The only thing I could say is that only one person can have a HOT shower. This place is for anyone who wants to use it as a central location to pisa, Florence and surrounds. It was lovely but there is not much to see or do within the town. The bar/coffee shop was always lively with locals and tourists 😁

Once you get used to the long gravel road, it will be worth it for the peaceful, scenic Tuscan setting. It was so interesting to meet the family and see Simone work with Alabaster. The accommodations are just as peaceful and well furnished. Thank you for hosting us!

Wonderful place!!! An accommodation that seems to come out of a storybook. Many details that make the comfort and affection of Elba and Fabrizio to their land. From the attention upon arrival, its aromatics for the use of passengers, an impeccable pool and all the garden and children's games. A wonderful way to get to know La Toscana. Despite the language barrier, they were the first to use the google translator. A place to stay for several days

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

This place is what I imagined when I close my eyes and think of Tuscany. The view from the bedroom is amazing and the apartment is adorable. There is AC but we didn’t end up needing it since the windows let in such a glorious breeze. The kitchen was well equipped, we were just missing paper towels. The pool was great with a fantastic view although it would have been helpful to have access to pool towels. The location is great and about a 15 minute drive into San Gimignano so you probably need a car. It was also a quick drive to supermarkets and nearby wineries which we loved. Berta was really helpful during check-in and provided us with recommendations in the area.

We had a wonderful time at Poggio! The location is perfect for daytrips and we especially enjoyed the pool which is only to be shared with a few other guests. The view is one of a kind. The apartment is equipped simple, but sufficient as one doesn’t spend too much time there anyways.

We are back at Guido's house again and we will definitely be back again! Super recommended!

Lisa turned out to be a great host: always available and ready to provide tips on activities to do nearby. If you're looking for a place to relax and rejuvenate, this is undoubtedly the ideal place. We can't wait to go back!

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

A little corner of paradise in the middle of the woods. The wonderful cottage, the large and well-equipped garden, perfect for both humans and dogs, surrounded by peace and tranquility. Silvia always available for any questions. It was 3 regenerating days. Everything was perfect!

Check-in was very chilled and spontaneous. Great to reach and a really likeable guy. We were there with our motorcycles and Ricardo took great care to make sure everything is safe and even brought tools over a small breakdown. The house in itself was rustic but very appropriately furnished. There was everything from pots and pans to sheets and towels. It is and remains a small, rustic cottage in Tuscany. What more could you ask for? Our troupe would come back any time. Thank you for the nice stay!

A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

We had 10 wonderful days in Lucas' house. The quiet location and the well-kept garden and pool made it possible for us to relax very quickly. Luca came 3 times during our stay to clean the pool and the conversations with him were always very nice. Although we had several very hot days, it was always pleasantly cool in the house, even without using the air conditioning.

Montefegatesi is a very well-kept town. Alessia's house is really well kept and the surrounding landscape is enchanting. It is an ideal accommodation for a retreat in the peace of nature. From Montefegatesi, there are several well-marked routes, even for non-experts. We'll be back!
