Beachfront holiday rentals in Llevant

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

Unser Aufenthalt war für uns perfekt in jeder Hinsicht. Wir haben die ruhige Lage im Grünen und das gemütliche Haus mit den vielen Terrassen und schönen Ausblicken sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze, ausreichend Wasser, Kuchen…etc. etc. vorgefunden. Das haben wir gar nicht erwartet. Dafür können wir uns nur bedanken. Das einzige Restaurant im Hafen hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wandermöglichkeiten waren toll. Zu Fuß nach Valldemossa war grandios, erfordert aber Fitness. Isabel war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

The location of the house is fantastic. Very close to the beach, and right across the street from a supermarket and two restaurants. We rented a car, but ended up walking most places. There are great beach toys and inflatables in the garage that we were able to use, my kid was very happy. This was our first visit to Mallorca and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

This was an excellent apartment for us. Very close to an cove beach area, and restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc Although a smallish holiday area it wasn't overcrowded. But was close to larger resorts. The apartment was very well equipped. Fancina was the perfect host, friendly, v helpful, and quick to respond to our queries

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Der Check-in war einfach und flexibel – besser geht’s nicht. Schon vor der Anreise haben wir umfangreiche Infos bekommen, was uns die Planung sehr erleichtert hat. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top – ruhig (trotz Straße vor dem Haus), aber dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, um die Gegend flexibel erkunden zu können. Als radsportbegeistertes Paar war die Unterkunft für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Touren. Die Region bietet fantastische Strecken, und wir haben jede Menge unternommen. Auch kulinarisch waren wir begeistert – in der Nähe gibt es mehrere ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Alles in allem ein stimmiger Aufenthalt, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Vielen Dank!

Det var et utrolig smukt og rart sted. Flot og ren bolig. Dog var der lidt støj fra naboer, da man bor tæt . Maria var utrolig sød vært og beliggenheden var helt i top med havet og pool. Magisk sted.

We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

We had the most wonderful stay with our toddler. The apartment was perfect. The location is ideal just steps away from the beach and the pool was a great size - also with very quick access to the beach. It was lovely walking to the restaurants for dinner and taking the land train around Cala d’Or to explore new beaches and the marina. The apartment itself is very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the beach- it was spotlessly clean and Carlos was amazing at collecting us to and from the airport and ensuring we had everything we needed. He was very friendly and reliable :) We would definitely recommend staying here!

This villa is absolutely impressive. The complex sprawls along the corner of a cove in Cala d’Or. Special nooks and grottos abound along with the lovely coos of mourning doves and other creatures. The inside is loaded with interest pieces of art and decorations. Bedrooms are comfy. Plunge into the sea when ready and after a swim or trip to the nearby beach climb back easily to the property. Picture worthy backgrounds are all around. Although the villa does not have AC, we managed to stay cool with the pleasant weather in late May and early June. There are so many windows that, with a bit of thought, one can keep things comfortable. Know that the property is buggy - especially by the rocks - but spray worked well. Rachel is a terrific host who offers some fun extras. For us, this included home delivery of delicious paella and a seafood pasta dish. All served up at an outside dinner table with spectacular views of the sea. We became one with this place and will never forget it.

For those looking to stay somewhere quieter in Mallorca, this is a great place. It had all the amenities I needed and I enjoyed my stay, highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft und hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Ausstattung (beheizter Pool, ausreichend Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten, Billiardtisch, Tischtennistisch, Fahrräder etc.). Margalida war immer erreichbar und hat innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir bekamen als Willkommensgeschenk einen Obstteller, Wein und ein typisches spanischen Dessert. Wir konnten sogar am letzten Tag noch die Fahrräder nutzen und nach Palma fahren, da der Flug erst am Abend ging. Vielen lieben Dank für die besondere Zeit und den freundlichen Empfang. Die Zeit im Casa del Diamante war sehr schön und unglaublich erholsam. Tolle Lage, unglaublich schöner Blick sowie ein toller Pool. Die Kommunikation war schnell und super freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jedem weiterempfehlen, der eine schöne Zeit -abseits des Massentourismus - auf Mallorca verbringen möchte.

What a beautiful place! Truly one of a kind. The grounds are breathtaking and the trail to hike down to the sea is next to the property. We loved the traditional Mallorcan character of the house (tile floors, wooden windows and shutters, locally made linen textiles). But the house also had modern appliances and bathrooms. Lots of space to lounge - both indoors and outside. The location is very private on a gated road, so no traffic and no tourists. Highly recommend!

We rented a car and drove from Palma. It was a pleasant drive and easy to find and park. Mabel met us there and showed us the place. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed. We prepared several meals there rather than eating out so we could enjoy some local fresh food. The neighborhood was very quiet which we liked but everything is close. Mabel’s suggestions of things to see nearby were helpful. Easy walk to restaurants, the beach, and some very picturesque coves. We were there for nine nights and did not want to leave.

Appartamento bello, super pulito e attrezzato, come da foto. Wi-fi perfettamente funzionante e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Posizione molto comoda per parcheggio auto gratuito facilmente reperibile. Abbiamo ricevuto in dotazione anche teli mare e ombrellone da spiaggia. Host gentilissimo e sempre reattivo. Zona non proprio centrale, ma comunque tranquilla e comoda sia per godersi il mare e la spiaggia, a pochi passi dall'appartamento, sia per visitare l'isola.

Eine herrliche Unterkunft, die sehr empfehlenswert ist. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Gus und seiner Frau empfangen, obwohl wir erst sehr spät einchecken konnten. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war Gus sehr aufmerksam und hat sich nach unserem Befinden erkundet und uns mit schneller Reaktionszeit Auskünfte gegeben. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll kreativ eingerichtet, ist sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Ein Highlight sind die drei Terrassen, die wir alle regelmäßig genutzt und genossen haben. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Waldrand. Den ganzen Tag sind Vögel zu beobachten, wobei der Wiedehopf und die Nachtigall auch ständig zu hören waren. Wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt liegt der naturbelassene große Sandstrand, an dem wir Barfuß schöne Spaziergänge machen und baden gehen konnten. Die nächste Umgebung bietet sehr schöne Wandermöglichkeiten an der Küste und im Gebirge. Es hat uns sehr gefallen....!!!

La maison est très bien située avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Elle est très bien équipée et joliment décorée. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour! Et Joan a toujours été très réactif à nos demandes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Hafen. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Logement parfaitement conforme aux photos voir encore mieux! Au calme, très propre, , extrêmement spacieux (nous étions 5), et avec une très belle terrasse ombragée pour prendre les repas. Très bon emplacement pour rayonner sur l'île sans les bains de foule. Hôte très réactif, et très sympathique. Rien à redire. Merci Antonia!

vintage, charming apartment with two terrace with see view and palms - realy nice! Excellent restaurants in the neighborhood the best is La Vida. Priate beach is not siutable to swimm but 4 km from apartment is nice sandy beach Cala Millor - very nice town with full of restaurants and bar. We spent great time here!
