Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Llevant

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Mallorca with our 18 month old child. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The host and her husband were incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, and the home itself had such an inviting feel and views. Each area and room felt part of a history film. Just beautiful! It was perfect for families, there were books, board games, a high chair, and even a fully equipped kitchen for the nights we chose to cook at home. The daily visits from the friendly cleaning lady kept everything spotless, which was such a treat! The location was ideal, peaceful and quiet, yet just a short 5 minute walk to great restaurants, shops, cafés, and bars. And the views were absolutely spectacular, especially at sunset. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Mallorca!

We really enjoyed our stay in Kisten's beautiful house. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 people and a small child. The garden with the pool area and the outdoor kitchen were the absolute best but the whole house is fantastic. Robbie, who looks after the house and garden, was nice and helpful and we are super happy with our trip.

The villa was a beautiful place to stay for our first holiday as a family of 3 and provided everything we needed and wanted for our holiday. Our son (11 months old) had the best time. He enjoyed the pool and being in the hammock with one of us each day. He even managed to try some of the oranges (his favourite) growing on the trees. The location itself was perfect; peaceful and quiet, with everything to make the stay comfortable (including cot and high chair) and shops etc a short drive away. It was also a great base for visiting other areas, such as Pollenca, Alcudi and Porto Cristo. Thank you for a great stay!

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The host was very proactive, sending lots of information about the house, neighbourhood and Mallorca overall. We really recommend this place. Thank you!

Carmen’s House was amazing. We really had fun staying and the interiors were stunning. Would recommend her place to anyone because the location is so close to the pretty beaches in the island. We would definitely come back again and stay longer next time :).

Miquel and Rosa's house wouldn't be as good if they weren't the owners. They were kind enough to wait for us even when we arrived late due to a flight delay. They were cordial and left many things in our reception. The house was sparkling clean (I don't think we've ever been to such a clean Airbnb). It is comfortable and spacious for a family (we were 4 adults and two small children). With respect to the location, it is comfortable for walking to the downtown area of Can Picafort, and 3 minutes walk from the beach. If you move around the island like we do, it is 200 meters from the road that takes you to many other places in Mallorca. You can park at the door (at least during June, I don't know what it will be like in high season). We will definitely return and strongly recommend this accommodation. Everything was perfect! Super nicely renovated old village house in second row from the harbour of Cala Rajada. Converted and furnished with a lot of taste. Minimalist and yet cozy. Perfect for relaxing. Radiates tranquility. Very clean. Great courtyard (patio) and indoor balcony, but no terrace with a view - as it belongs to a Mallorcan village house. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront, as well as to the fantastic small beach Cala Gat. Ideal for us, because everyone could do something independently and we were not always dependent on the car. Ideal for those who don't want a standard tourist hostel and yet not far from everything on a finca. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Spacious, centrally located and a great affordable find in a high end destination such as Deia. Several large rooms in a classic Spanish style over two floors with a balcony, with everything you need to be comfortable. Great views of the town, mountains and even the sea. Near to bus stops and we were really impressed with the island bus service which met all of our travel needs - much easier than driving/parking. Kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. With loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn't bother with cooking. A very minor drawback, outside the hosts' control, was the location is on a busy corner of the road with lots of daytime traffic and footfall. Although you can hear beautiful live classical music in the evenings, there were also a few noisy wedding discos. Quiet on a night and able to sleep fine. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

This apartment is a real gem. Such a comfortable and homely place to stay and come back to after a day out on the beach. Loved the balconies and the swimming pool. The bakery over the road is a real bonus and it was easy to walk to the beach even for my 91 year old Mum! Also think it was the most beautiful cove. Great selection of restaurants - we tried many! Everything was perfect and I would be happy to recommend to family and friends. A lovely relaxing week - thank you.

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Mallorca, largely thanks to Ed & Wayne’s wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and located in a truly stunning spot in Port de Sóller – waking up to the view over the bay was pure joy. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and communication was smooth and warm. Highly recommended!

Very quiet location. Side sea view. There was always a parking space available in front of the door. On the large balcony, we could relax wonderfully, but we were also quickly on the beach. Chilled drinks were ready in the refrigerator when we arrived. There is an elevator in the house. The communication was great, the owner speaks fluent German. WLAN ran great, German television is possible but who wants that when you can look at the sea. I'd love to come back.

Our stay (with our 6 month old daughter) was very nice with Petra! Good apartment with a lovely large quiet garden that you share with the owners and their 2 sweet dogs and cats. You also have your own terrace which you can close. Parking is available in the street in front of the door, there is plenty of space there. Around the corner is a large supermarket and bakery. Alcúdia is a few minutes walk away. Very nice little town. Would definitely recommend the stay. Petra provides a warm welcome and is easily accessible for tips or other questions.

A wonderful place not far from the lake (Portocolom) with a beautiful terrace and pool area in an absolutely quiet environment. Top for bike rides and runs in the area.

Really nice place. Be careful with taxis's and the address. My fault - I don't know there are lots of number 75s! Pay attention to the photo's provided - I didn't ;( Very close to the end of Pine Walk - just off it but very close. Everything was really clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a nice weeks break.

Juan and Jaume are great hosts. We had to book the accommodation at short notice (Sunday 9:30 p.m.) because we had problems in another finca and moved out there. The finca was prepared for us at short notice on Sunday evening - the same evening. Juan and Jaume are always available, always solution-oriented and super friendly. It is a beautiful finca in a quiet location, with great amenities, a beautiful layout, a fantastic outdoor area and we lacked nothing during the stay. We would definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful time in this finca in Mallorca! The location is fantastic – in a very nice, quiet area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Beautiful beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The beautiful town of Artá is just 5 minutes away by car. The house itself is extremely well maintained, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Particularly noteworthy is the family-friendliness: there are child-friendly dishes, toys and much more - ideal for a holiday with children. Our little ones felt just as comfortable as we did! The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful - you can immediately feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. The value for money is great, and we would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended!

It’s my first time to travel to Mallorca I was very happy can stay in such nice Haus. We all had very nice memory there.

We had a fantastic stay as a family of four at this villa in Mallorca. The property was spotlessly clean, modern, and clearly renovated since the pictures were taken, which was a pleasant surprise. The unheated pool wasn't an issue for us, but it's something families with small children might want to be aware of. The location and the village are absolutely fantastic – wonderfully quiet and peaceful. A few tips for future guests: definitely pack bug spray! Also, be prepared for some amazing but narrow streets leading to the villa. You need to be a confident driver, but it was no problem for us. We loved chilling out on the hammock in the sun, it was a real highlight. The kitchen facilities are fantastic, with condiments available and the owner kindly provided some essentials on arrival, which was much appreciated. Check-in and check-out were nice and easy too. Beautiful villa on the beach. Not necessarily a beach for swimming, but at a short distance there were super beautiful other beaches. Perfect views and nice restaurants within walking distance

The house is situated right above Fornalutx, connected to the village via an old hiking trail. We did not have a car and walked into town for groceries and restaurants. There are also many lovely hikes, which are within walking distance - Barranc de Biniaraix and Cuber, Cala Tuent and of course (Port de) Sóller. Make sure, however, to also spend a rest day in the house to enjoy the sun (from 9am to the evening) and pool. Sitting in the shade, listening to the sounds of birds, sheep and goats was very relaxing. We will be back for sure.
