Welcome in HAUS SWANHILD! Opened in March 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated next to its "sister house", HAUS THEDA, in a garden district nearby the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by a nice, open gallery space and a kombined kitchen dining and living room. Two sleeping rooms next to each other offer tranquility and rest for four and the gallery offers a cozy french size bed. The veranda invites for sun bathing or coffee time.

It is located on the 1st floor with a large balcony in a southwest location and offers an optimal starting point for many interesting excursion destinations and bike tours in Schl.-Holst. The canoe station and marina are only 8, baker and butcher are a 4-minute walk away. Edeka, ALDI, LIDL 6 km. Free bicycle storage is available. Distance to the North Sea, Büsum, Husum about 40 km, Baltic Sea 50 km.

The apartment is on the second floor (stairs), in a quiet village location, just a 10-minute drive from Rendsburg and the Kiel Canal. In Fockbek you will find restaurants, banks, discounters, doctors, pharmacies, gas stations. For vacation, temporary living space, rent - bridging, seminars in small groups (6 people)… Cyclists are welcome. The outdoor area in the garden can be used by arrangement. Take a vacation in beautiful Schleswig-Holstein between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea in Nübbel. Nübbel is right on the Eider. The Kiel Canal is about 2 km away from us and invites you to cycling. 2 rental bikes are available available for a fee. The apartment has a sleeping and living area with a small dining area, a small pantry kitchen and a bathroom. On the terrace, the evening can end quietly.

Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours near Schleswig! Located between Schlei and Hüttener Bergen - each only about 5 km away. The Selker Noor with its own swimming area is only 3.4 km away, and the Viking village of Haitabu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also very close, as are Gottorf Castle, Schleswig Cathedral and the harbor.
