Discover the forest, the sea, and the tranquility that surrounds this home. Newly built, fully equipped tiny house on the west coast, 40 km north of Gothenburg. The property is located rural with views of meadow and forest and in walking distance to sea bathing and public transport (2 km). In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). We are happy to help you with tips and inspiration for you to have as nice a stay as possible!

Close to the sea near Marstrand

We offer our fresh guest house with sleeping loft (not standing height). Large cabin/living room with sofa bed and dining area for six people. Bedroom with double bed and tiled bathroom with washing/drying machine. Breakfast tray can be offered. We have 4 bikes to borrow. Here is proximity to Lycke Golf Club, Tofta Herrgård, Stall Tofta with touring for Icelandic horses. Nature reserve, swimming and fishing. The archipelago around the area is perfect for canoeing and kayaking. Marstrand only 15 min with car and 35 min to Gothenburg.

Wonderful cottage with patio that has a sea view

We are renting our cabin which is a real pearl all year round. The location is perfect with 5-10 minutes walk to salt baths and nice viewpoints. With the car you get in 20 minutes to Marstrand and 35 minutes to Gothenburg and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated during the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a patio with terrace that has a sea view. The house suit families with children, friends and couples. Max 4 adults but more if they are children.

Nyrenoverad lägenhet utanför Kungälv nära till golfbana, bad och utflykter. En pärla på västkusten! Här har ni möjlighet att bo i en modern, mysig och avskild lägenhet på landet. Lägenheten ligger nära Kungälv Kode Golfbana och nära till Vadholmens badplats, samt flera olika utflyktsmål nära till hands. Lägenheten är ca 50 kvm - två rum & kök, badrum & altan. I sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng samt dagbädd och i vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa för två presoner. Boendet är avskilt och privat.

Boendet är en nyrenoverad lägenhet/gäststuga som ligger ovanför vårt garage Det finns flera havsbad och brygga ca 600 m bort från huset. Rörtången ligger i närheten (ca 1-2km) med brygga, glasskiosk & båtturer. Området bjuder på fantastiska utsiksplatser, hav och lekplats med fotbollsmål, gungor mm. Skogspromenader med bär och svamp runt hörnet. Golbanor inom 10km radie. Sovrum (140cm säng) Bäddsofa Kök Badrum.

Koppla av med hela familjen eller vännerna i detta fridfulla gästhus som ligger på vår gård. Nära till naturen med vilda djur runt husknuten. Nära till hav, sjö och shopping. Bo på landet men med ett stenkast från centrum. 25 minuter från Göteborg! Vakna upp med morgonsolen, ta en kaffe på altanen och njut av fåglarnas kvitter. Ta en tur i skogen som är berikad med bär, svamp och mysiga stigar. Avnjut middag i solnedgången! Möjlighet att ladda elbil mot självkostnadspris!

Seaside cabin - in a lovely environment

Fin liten stuga (attefallshus på vår tomt) med egen uteplats, och tillgång till vår trädgård. 10 minuters promenad till strand med brygga och hopptorn. Fina svamp och bärskogar inpå knuten. Nära till flera golfbanor bl a Lycke, Gullbringa och Kode. Även nära vandringslederna i Svartedalens naturreservat. Huset består av ett sovrum med en våningssäng, allrum med bäddsoffa (2x90 cm) och pentry och badrum med dusch/toalett. Tomten är inhägnad och husdjur är välkomna!
