Frédéric is a very kind, smiling, polite, courteous, flexible and understanding host. He told us the nearest shops to do our shopping. Housing is 100% consistent with the photos, it is very clean, tidy and above all well decorated. All the description mentioned is present in the accommodation. A little plus is the garden which is well maintained, flowering trees, ping pong table, barbecue, chair and garden table, with the heat we had we really enjoyed cooling off in this beautiful garden. I often travel for my work, Frédéric is by far the friendliest host I've had, the most beautiful accommodation I've known, I really recommend this host with this house (which is in a quiet neighborhood)

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

The host was incredibly helpful, we didn’t speak much French but their English is amazing and they made sure we felt at home and comfortable!

We had a very pleasant night. We enjoyed the smooth communication, the flexible arrival and all the comforts in place for our little one. Thank you again!

Staying with Fanny in Grigny was really great. The place was very clean, well equipped and exactly as described. Fanny was super friendly, helpful and always available if you needed anything. You feel welcome straight away. I'd come back anytime – absolutely recommended!

We wish to thank our hosts Isabelle and Jean-Marc for being the most helpful people you could ever meet and generous to a fault. The house was fantastic very clean and well organized with all the equipment you need for a stay and a lovely garden to sit in. Transport to Paris was very easy bus or train nearby. We had a wonderful two week stay and would like to say many thanks to Isabelle and Jean-Marc for all their help.

A great stay! The landlord was always available and responded immediately. It is about 10 minutes on foot to the train station and from there 25 minutes to Paris center. Perfect for us. There are many restaurants and bars in the area.

This was my 3rd time staying at Paul's place and as usual the accommodation is impeccable, the bedding very comfortable. Paul is very flexible and very welcoming. Always a pleasure to stay with him.

Just what we were looking for. A well connected place for four people near good restaurants

Perfect location: quiet neighborhood but very close to the city center (30 min by train, €2.50 ticket). The apartment is amazing, it has all the necessary amenities, it is spacious and comfortable. It also has a terrace from which you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower. We felt at home. Alexis was always extremely attentive, responding immediately to our questions. The only downside was the 10 a.m. check-out time, which seems early to us.

Had a very nice stay. We stayed for a long weekend for the Beyoncé concert. The space was as described and very clean. The bed slept wonderfully and the bathroom was nice and large. All supplies were provided. The only disadvantage was that the space could get very hot. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not really be opened because of the mosquitoes. Fortunately, we did have a fan. The communication with the host was very pleasant and fast. All in all, had a very nice stay!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Great communication, everything is indicated for check-in. Najia is concerned about the smooth running of the stay, which is much appreciated. Recommended!

Very good accommodation, with a really good location whether it is for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very appreciable. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights too) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!
