The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

60-80 m² apartment in a listed Baroque house in the old town of Stein - ideal for visiting the Krems Art Mile, or a trip by excursion boat through the Wachau World Heritage Site. Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

The Danube bike path is 5 minutes walking distance, private parking very close by, storage of bicycles available.

Despite the very central location, you will find yourself in a green and quiet environment and can therefore both relax and quickly get into the middle of the action. The cozy loft-like apartment is a separate housing unit in an old farmhouse. Equipped with kitchen, bathroom, double bed, sofa bed, dining area and desk, heated with a wood stove. Great for nature lovers, families and people looking for peace and relaxation.
