Lage: Ruhige u. sichere Wohngegend, nur 10 Gehminuten bis zur Donauinsel u. das Wiener Stadtzentrum ist ebenfalls schnell u. einfach erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie die vielen Wiener Sehenswürdigkeiten in 15-30 Minuten.

About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!
