Lage: Ruhige u. sichere Wohngegend, nur 10 Gehminuten bis zur Donauinsel u. das Wiener Stadtzentrum ist ebenfalls schnell u. einfach erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie die vielen Wiener Sehenswürdigkeiten in 15-30 Minuten.

36 m² bright, quiet apartment in the courtyard on the 2nd floor with elevator. About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
