After 4 years of careful renovation, the manor now serves as an oasis of calm and well-being for lovers, couples, friends and the whole family. With our 3 apartments, each with their own entrance, individual couples or small group families / friends have maximum privacy. Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

Small apartment in Gesäuse - perfect for hiking

This small apartment in the middle of the Gesäuse offers all nature enthusiasts a home to feel good. In the summer it is optimal for hiking, mountaineering and also white water tours in the Enns. In winter you can cross-country ski, snowshoe, ski touring, skiing and everything else your heart desires. As a bad weather program, Admont Abbey would be good. The hostess is always informed about hiking trails and much more. She'd love to answer any questions you might have.

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Charming, central and newly renovated - this is our apartment on Lake Neusiedl. The apartment can host up to 5 vacationers and is 70 square meters. A romantic courtyard with flowering oleanders and sitting areas invites you to rest and enjoy. Directly in front of the apartment is a small snack garden and herbs for picking. We also offer breakfast of homemade jams, products from the house garden and organic grape juice for an extra charge.

The 130 sqm guest suite has a romantic courtyard on one side and a private garden with a sauna and shower on the other. The 16th-century walls, with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom, create a unique atmosphere.

At your disposal are 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 sleeping options on the sofa in the living-dining room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a modern fully equipped kitchen, small balcony facing the villa garden and seating to enjoy breakfast or an Achterl wine. One parking space is available right in front of the house entrance.
