The guest suite of a private house is located in a quiet rural area 50 km north of Vienna, in Hollabrunn, within a 5 min walk from the train station. Trains run every hour and reach Vienna city centre in 45 min. Hollabrunn is a typical small town in the centre of Austria’s largest wine-growing region (Weinviertel), 20 km south of the border to Czechia. The suite encompasses an entire floor (70m²) with a separate entrance, a courtyard (120m²) and a garden (300m²). Children and pet friendly.

Anything but ordinary, the Szilágyi manor is the last thing that remains of the more than 400-year-old Zwerbach palace complex. After 4 years of careful renovation, the manor now serves as an oasis of calm and well-being for lovers, couples, friends and the whole family. With our 3 apartments, each with their own entrance, individual couples or small group families / friends have maximum privacy. Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

Enjoy simple life in this quiet and centrally-located accommodation at the foot of the Buschberg. On the Buschberg is the lowest alpine hut in Austria at 480 m above sea level. In the immediate vicinity there is a trolley railway, the Oberleis lookout point, as well as the Ernstbrunn Zoo. All these attractions are easily within about 25 to 35 minutes walking distance. In the center of the village there is a tennis court as well as the well-known "Flockerlhof" with its curiosities.

This small apartment in the middle of the Gesäuse offers all nature enthusiasts a home to feel good. In summer it is ideal for hiking, mountain climbing and also whitewater tours in the Enns. In winter you can cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ski tours, skiing and everything else your heart desires. As a bad weather program, the Admont Abbey would be a good choice. The hostess is always informed about hiking trails, tours and much more. She is always available for questions.

The nearest bus stop is about 2 minutes' walk. Due to the generous furnishings and arrangement, it is very suitable for business travelers and fitters.

38 bright and cozy square meters with private entrance, protected garden area, sauna, table tennis, hiking in the Gänsgraben to Heidenstatt ... Bicycles for the Heurigen ride, boats for river and lake and are available from us free of charge. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with a cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach. The 130 sqm guest suite has a romantic courtyard on one side and a private garden with a sauna and shower on the other. The 16th-century walls, with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom, create a unique atmosphere.

Charming, central and newly renovated - this is our apartment on Lake Neusiedl. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 vacationers and is 70 m². A romantic courtyard with flowering oleanders and seating areas invites you to rest and enjoy. Directly in front of the apartment is a small snack garden and herbs for picking. We also provide breakfast with homemade jams, home garden products and organic grape juice at an extra cost.

I am renting out my spacious, quiet apartment in the wine village of Hadersdorf am Kamp. At your disposal are 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 sleeping options on the sofa in the living-dining room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a modern fully equipped kitchen, small balcony facing the villa garden and seating to enjoy breakfast or an Achterl wine. One parking space is available right in front of the house entrance.
