As you walk into the 120 m2 Biedermeier Apartment you will enter the Grüner Salon, which works as your multifunctional platform. Whether you use it as salon, dining room for 12 Guest, meeting room for 24 guest or as a third sleeping room. You will find everything prepared as requested. To both sides of the salon you will find large and elegant sleeping rooms: The Ahnen Zimmer and the Kutschen Zimmer. Each is fitted with all that is needed to make you feel as arriving to your well prepared home. The entrance to the kitchen is on the side opposing the window. Here you will find everything required to cook and set the table for twelve guests. From the kitchen or the Ahnen Zimmer you may enter into the spacious bathroom, fitted with a shower and a bathtub. This apartment is yours, if you were looking for a spacious and adaptable Suite in a prime location of Vienna. The whole apartment is there for you to use and spend your time in. I will be reachable on my telephone at all times if any assistance is needed. It is an early building by Otto Wagner, one of the most influential Viennese architects. Rudolph Schindler said "Modern Architecture began with Mackintosh in Scotland, Otto Wagner in Vienna, and Louis Sullivan in Chicago." Located in the political center of Vienna, right between the historic Town Hall and the Parliament, one will encounter the finest museums and theaters within hundreds of meters: The Kunst- and Naturhistorisches Museum, the Museumsquartier, the Burgtheather and countles more. There is the Subway Station Rathaus U2 and the Tram Lines 1, 2, 71 and D within three minutes of walking. Parking is recommended at the Parkgarage am Museumsquartier for 8 € / Day. If it is needed to take the garbage out, then you will find the possibility to deposit mixed garbage and paper within the house. Paper: If you enter the house, then you will see a door on ground level just to your left. Here you will find 3 bins for paper only. Mixed garbage: If you go down the first stair where the paper is deposited and then to your right, then you will find the waste room to your right in the first patio. Glas is deposited publicly just opposite of the house entrance.

In the most beautiful part of Vienna , located directly next to Schönbrunn , the wonderful and cosy Roof top Terrace apartment . With its double-floor it is suitable for at least 4 persons. 1 double bed on the gallery , 1 double couch in the living area . The gorgeous terrace overlooking almost all of Vienna is unique . As attic is particularly sunny and friendly in a quiet safe area (no car noise ! ) A particularly good connection U4 , U6 , Busses 10A , 9A and trains Meidlinger Bahnhof !

Time out from everyday life

EVERYONE is welcome!! Comfort and relaxation in the LOG HOUSE on the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is included in the price. For NÖ-Card holders, but also without a card, we are very central to various destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberger Adventure Gardens and much more. Winter closure from January 7th to February. February to Easter holidays limited operation. The house is alive, so noises (e.g. woodworm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

Leopold the llama hat car

The accommodation was originally a lounge at an oil drilling site in Marchfeld, later it was used as a moving vehicle until we discovered its potential as a tiny house on wheels. Only the framework remained of the former construction trailer. Everything else was planned, furnished and equipped by us. Guests now find the construction trailer as accommodation that lacks no (small) luxury. In the middle of the llama meadow, it has an idyllic spot on the farm.
