Single location quiet animal/lakes/hiking/bike/forest paradise

The farm is nestled in the middle of fields, beech and oak forests in a single location and yet close to excellent cuisine, art, culture (summer night comedy Rosenburg Castle, Gars am Kamp opera) and leisure (cycling and hiking trails, lakes, water sports - kayaking, canoeing, fishing, SUP; cross-country skiing, and much more). The beautiful swimming pond is only a 10-minute walk away. In Rosenburg: Climbing rocks "Hanging Stone" or "Dreamland" with about 30 routes. From 5 to 9. Also suitable for children.
