Shaun's home was nothing short of immaculate. It was exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed (and more) was provided and was in excellent condition. The location suited us perfectly. It was an easy walk in to the town centre which we did each day. Communication with Shaun was easy and he was timely with his responses. Highly recommended.

Stunning area, beautiful surroundings, wonderful property..Just perfection. The area was peaceful, quiet & no light pollution. Tiverton & Exerer nearby, great location. The lodge was bright, airy, cosy, comfortable, immaculate & had everything anyone could possibly want. Loved it

perfect hosts. so thoughtful. I'd mentioned the trip was for my daughter who had been studying hard. Jill thoughtfully bought her a card and some chocs as well done which my daughter was so touched by. The cream tea was delicious. milk and tea/coffee supplies so helpful. Everything was so comfortable, bedding/beds, lovely soft towels. Parking is tight so don't come in a huge car, plus surrounding roads single lane country roads so be prepared. But sitting out on the decking in the am with a cuppa (could donwoth bigger mugs pls!) was sublime. the view is outstanding. beautiful countryside as far as eye could see!! need to bring hubby next time! we'll definitely be back. thank you so much!!
