Bellissimo appartamento in stile moderno, completamente arredato, ottima posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalle mura, e 15 dalla stazione, al secondo piano di edificio di 2 piani. Nelle vicinanze diverse pizzerie, bar e ristoranti, 2 supermercati, scuole di musica. Ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura e spazio sala da pranzo con letto matrimoniale e divano letto; cameretta a parte con due letti separati, unificabili in un matrimoniale. Bagno. THE BOHEMIAN ATTIC.

L'appartamento è un progetto mio e di mio fratello. Abbiamo curato la ristrutturazione di persona realizzando artigianalmente gli arredi. Si trova all'interno della cinta muraria di Lucca, con soffitti ad oltre 3 metri e doppi affacci che rendono lo spazio decisamente luminoso. Possiede un piccolo balcone e un caminetto decorativo (non utilizzabile per regolamento cittadino). E' un attico e si trova al 3° piano di un edificio storico, non possiede ascensore.
